Winterizing the garden and amending biochar soil. Getting the garden ready before the snow flies.
Biochar soils are easy to amend and maintain. I use a leaf/grass mulch which protects the soil and feeds the soil food web. One time annual amendment. No shoveling in manure or compost each spring, these beds are ready to go.
