very cool James, great review, great explanation of why you do what. Wish I had those 40 years ago. I have a mid sized set of Nikons that I have used for years, I like a very clear set of lenses, like my scopes. very handy for holding the bow, I liked that. lots of rain here too in western Arkansas. Robert is liking his binos. I see Brett may get a set

I recently commented on Robert’s channel about how handy a bino harness is. I actually recommended the bikini style like crooked horn outfitters to him because they are much cooler. I have a pack like yours, but a different brand. I like it in cooler weather but I do not like the extra heat on my chest when temps are high. I also keep a puffer in mine along with lens cleaning equipment. But when it gets hot, I prefer the basic harness without the pouch.

I use a rubber change/coin purse for milk weed. Completely quiet. They still make them and are available on Amazon.

That pouch makes using binos pretty much hassle free. I tried using binos but always thought it was too much trouble. I Aint patient either...lol
The benefits out weigh the hassle to me.
