I am glad this wasn't clickbait. Most of these videos that says "hardest jump" or "longest jump" are just clickbaits with people using ice head bangers and potions to jump more than 5 blocks.
a bit late, but we simply just use a perfect macro which will land the jump by the most amount, then check the player's coordinates on the tick that the player lands on the block to detrmine how much the jump is possible by.
Quad 45 is possible by .0006, but there is also Penta 45 which is possible by .0004, which is less, but the 2 hardest jumps imo are "1bm Head Bfly Neo" and "Penta 45 Strafe"

We also have an "Neo" of our own, though we call them Wraparounds. There's computation programs like wolfram that can do the calculation, and some jumps like the quad 45 jump can be macroed easily to find the possible amount
@Hyper Janny well so far there hasn't been any use for 90 degree turns other than having a tick of no sprint airtime where the rest of the airtime is sprinting 180 however can help us with vertical neos, although that isn't a space particularly observed or explored
Assuming you're talking about the panewall momentum butterfly neo, which is not harder than the quad 45 strafe even though it's possible by slightly less. The panewall momentum butterfly neo is just one singular turn while the quad 45 strafe requires many more precise turns, making it harder.
Although OneJump parkour (the type of parkour that focuses on the most difficult individual jumps) is usually considered the least useful and applicable gamemode in parkour, the point is to challenge the limits of what jumps are humanly possible. Landing the Quad 45 strafe is no easy task, often taking many hours and lots of dedication, which gets a lot of respect in the parkour community.
Well researched for youtube shorts, still d11- there are probably infinite harder jumps out there still. I remember seeing some 18 chained 45 strafe or something before. While typing this i realized you verified the jump :skull:.
Firstly, the specific quad 45 jump in this video is not a 5 block jump; it has a distance of 4.9375 blocks. Secondly, you, like most of this comment section are ignoring one of the most important factors in a jump's difficulty: the momentum given. A 5 block jump is not possible with this momentum.
The 5 block jump is iconic though, a lot of people wondered for a very long time as kids me included if it could be done and to see it possible years later with actual feasible setups was pretty amazing. Loop momentum jumps are typically very hard though but I think hallway parkour is much more interesting than just one jumps that are insanely precise. Hallway parkour actually requires skill and endurance and the jumps can still be very challenging especially when they put them near the end of sections when your nerves have gone.
Rankup and segmented parkour left the chat. Also, most hallways are literally not good. Filled with difficulty spikes or unfun to speedrun/random blocks or unintentional skips placed. And some if not most challenging hallways are literally one jumps.
@@minimingpk that's good imo that hallways aren't good to speedrun. The hypixel housing ones are different but for hallway servers where a lot more time is spent thinking about the order of jumps the point is as a hard clear not as speedrun. It's just that as players have gotten a lot better at parkour some of the harder hallway servers have become accessible as speedruns. With the exception of hypixel housing (which aren't really hallways) hallway PK is not intended as a speedrunning exercise. Traditional rankup and the segmented stuff they have on housing usually are intended as a speedrun though. There is also some confusion with the terms since a lot of people use segmented and hallway interchangably even though the two are very different from each other. Hallway PK has much longer sections. Waza on Chelcy network is hallway.
@@foreverkuromething is, the majority of rankup, segmented, hallways are just partial oj's where it's just consistency based. Maps like pbox or juwku section, a3, require some form of oj requirement. Plus, majority of the viewers don't really care about other aspects rather than the hardest jumps where there has been a lot of controversy between various games. Side note: I definitely mistook what you said earlier, but I feel like some hallways can be a bit bad for my perspective. (Def not for others, just piston and redstone pk)
@@minimingpk oh yes absolutely second the parts that involve machines. It's a cool mechanic but a nightmare for most ping values. 500+ ping is bad for obvious reasons but piston parkour is actually tough on very low pings as well because the time it takes the piston to retract is much shorter. There's actually a sweet spot for piston parkour that is about 250 ping where there's just enough lag to give you a longer time on the pistons but not enough to make it unplayable.
Wall blip doesn’t use carpet it can be done with just being on a slab and blipping on top of a fence or wall and ofc a wall with a hole in it (hard to explain but you don’t need a carpet to blip basically)
There is a major difference between a regular 5b jump and the last jump's difficulty. What makes it different and difficult is the momentum used in order to make it (the last jump has a distance slightly less than 5 as it isn't possible to make a 5b jump with flat momentum).

There is also some confusion with the terms since a lot of people use segmented and hallway interchangably even though the two are very different from each other. Hallway PK has much longer sections. Waza on Chelcy network is hallway.
@@foreverkuromething is, the majority of rankup, segmented, hallways are just partial oj's where it's just consistency based. Maps like pbox or juwku section, a3, require some form of oj requirement.
Plus, majority of the viewers don't really care about other aspects rather than the hardest jumps where there has been a lot of controversy between various games.
Side note: I definitely mistook what you said earlier, but I feel like some hallways can be a bit bad for my perspective. (Def not for others, just piston and redstone pk)
@@minimingpk oh yes absolutely second the parts that involve machines. It's a cool mechanic but a nightmare for most ping values. 500+ ping is bad for obvious reasons but piston parkour is actually tough on very low pings as well because the time it takes the piston to retract is much shorter. There's actually a sweet spot for piston parkour that is about 250 ping where there's just enough lag to give you a longer time on the pistons but not enough to make it unplayable.

Wall blip doesn’t use carpet it can be done with just being on a slab and blipping on top of a fence or wall and ofc a wall with a hole in it (hard to explain but you don’t need a carpet to blip basically)

5 block jumps aren't the hardest, they're the longest jumps possible without added effects(if momentum isn't an effect)
There is a major difference between a regular 5b jump and the last jump's difficulty. What makes it different and difficult is the momentum used in order to make it (the last jump has a distance slightly less than 5 as it isn't possible to make a 5b jump with flat momentum).
