These Korean movies are WILD
Tell me about it
you can never catch a break with Asian dramas. specifically Korean, Japanese and Indian films. always have you gripping your seat 😭
Guess you've never seen Se7en. "What's in the box?"
@@visible2anyoneonyoutube That was some hell of a ending in se7en 😳😳😳😳
@@michaelf.150 yup, its one of my favorites.
How ironic it is that what the father did to save his daughter years ago was also the reason why she was killed.
That was the point...
That is why you always stick to ur morals.. at least he would be alive now..
I watched this movie long time ago and still cant get out of my mind. The rose petals scene and how kang and lee ended up their lives are so memorable.
Is it explained why Byung-doo is thrown under the bus? It’s left opened ended as to whether he deserved to be framed for murder and rape because “harasser” is such a vague descriptor. Out of the surviving characters, I feel the most sympathy for him.
Movie name plz
@@abdulshamil3352 no mercy from 2010. They show it at the beginning of the video.
@@joel2783 thx captain !
@@Soonhun No reason that I could tell other than he was a handy patsy for the doctor to frame. The doctor found out that he knew the victim from his questioning of the prostitute. That was enough to put him on the crooked doctor's radar.
I saw the daughter's death coming from a mile away but it still hit me like a truck.
One hell of a sick revenge story. Kind of bad for his daughter, but he got served wild. Title "No mercy" says everything.
Murdering an innocent girl makes him as evil as anyone else. Garbage sub human.
@@jiggerinokobalis609 Evil breeds evil, he got back with what he done in the past.
@@signumxmagnum retarded take. Murdering innocent people isn't excusable.
@@jiggerinokobalis609 Are you talking about yourself?
@@signumxmagnum I don't murder innocent people.
I can’t believe the guy who give a false testimony in court live day by day without worrying or thinking that he destroy a girl life and her family. He so shameless and yet he live on and in the end he faces the consequences of his choices.
Some fathers would do anything to save their own daughters; kang simply only cared for his own daughter and not Lee's.
Sam Quill then he should have done something after getting the money the fact and he should have seek forgiveness from the victim father and tell him the truth. Of course he did it for his daughter but after the trial the fact that he neglect what happen to the victim family was entirely his fault and his choices. He basically neglect the family and thought that “ Aww I have a comfy life now” but the thought never came to his mind that the victim family was living in hell. That’s call ignorance.
@@ghostbleach3512 Lee's father died right after, Kang couldn't apologize to a dead man.
Sam Quill I bet he didn’t die after the trial and there’s no confirmation when the victim dad dies because all we know is that he died before the sister and even if the dad died. Kang could have search hard for the brother and at least tried to apologize and reveal the truth to him. There’s no excuse for kang not to apologize.
@@samquill8175 but Kang forgot about the incident
I don't think any decent person would forget about destroying somebody's life
Wow that was a pretty good twist that the evidence he has tampered with was the evidence for his daughters killer and he messed it up. I got bored of the recap near the start to middle but reading the comments saying there was a good twist kept me watching.
When he refused to kill kang instead of his daughter, I began a feeling of sus from him then bam the next location is a rose petal
You wasted a good movie you should watch it in full movie.
If revenge motivates you, go for it! But the main thing is to set your game in order.

the rose petal scene is heinous nothing like this should happen to anyone innocent
sins of the father.....
She wasn't innocent. She was the lying witness.
@@karolinakrum I think that's the wrong girl. The rose petal daughter was a little girl when it happened. the main character lied that there wasn't any tissue tearing. his testimony got the boys free from any prison time.
karma got him good it's just a shame his poor daughter got caught up in the midst of it...
right I just feel so bad for her..... ;l
yeah. but as a parent, id probably do the same(accept bribe) just to save my daughter from that illness. ofc ill find other ways first b4 accepting the bribe

Damn , why do these korean flicks always aim for our feels with their endings.
I recalled watching this movie years ago, it's was emotionally draining but overall an excellent movie.
"Live by the sword, die by the sword"
I remember watching this movie and Kang mentioned during the autopsy "Ah this woman has a nice body" so after i watched the ending i was like 💀💀💀💀💀💀
Yeah, I remember that🤣
Showed how little he cared about actual justice when he believed it was some random woman she was essentially just a piece of meat to him not so much when he realized it was his daughter.
this is giving oldboy revenge level vibes
With a different/disturbing twist at the end of the movie
Revenge, justice, karma, call it whatever you want. He got served
So the daughter is just an object to be used?
He got served, but the daughter was innocent. Why her?
The daughter was just a means to an end(revenge). Does that make it right? No. But everything is fair in love and war
Didn’t anyone ever tell you the term , two wrongs don’t make a right?
@@drakesilmore3760 i thought she gave false testimony that the dead girl was enjoying with some guys.
I hate it when law enforcers are manipulated to help criminals that's why I failed to watch the serie "Your Honour"

These place/institution or run by human, cops, judge, lawyer, attorney .... you name it these are just profession and nothing more than a status. At the end of the day everything run by human can never be trusted.
This is "No Mercy", but the one from 2010. There is another Korea movie with the same name from 2019 which is a completely different film.
I know the dad felt he had to lie to save his child, but it was at the expense of someone else’s. Be careful of the energy you put out, for whatever reason, because it will return to you!

This movie was one of the best revenge drama movies i have ever seen
This movie made me remember the Japanese school girl who was raped, burnt, cut and all kinds of torture for months by 3 or 4 Japanese school boys. The boys cemented her body in a barrel and was found by the police accidentally. The boys were from a gang(?) Idk, I don't remember properly. Even though the evidence were crystal clear, they weren't arrested and the girl was even treated as a whore and her gravestone was even littered and her name was desecrated by the people. Two mangaka even drew about it, one is a bit of false and the other one drew it exactly how it happened. There's a documentary of it if you guys search for it. I don't remember the name so.
junko furuta
It was not just 3 or 4. That was how many were given a slap on the wrist. What is really disturbing is basically the whole class knew what was going on and a bunch joined in. Only one boy told anyone. Then the cops did f-all with his report. He was later ostracized for being a snitch, even the police harassed him after it was all over. People are evil.
@@AceMoonshot The problem is that Asian societies tend to be hierarchical which makes abuses more likely at all levels. This is why Asian democracies across the board are less competitive (even mature democracies like Japan, Singapore, etc) are closer to one party rule than genuine contest. There are debate on whether that is good or not but it is more understandable even if more tragic. But, there is a danger the West is becoming like this as well.
I know the story but i never head about the boys not getting arrested and the girl treated as a whore part. What i know for the story is police search the boys house once but they don't find anything. they get caught because they accidently confess junko murder when they got introgated with the other case they done.
title is "CONCRETE" base on true story of Furuta Junko
Listen to this movie was truly heartbreaking 😔😔😔😔
Wahhh! A perfect revenge story. Can't describe it in words.
This was a bad ass movie very well made. The Koreans and Japanese make the best dramas, best films by far…the Western films fail in comparison.

7 deadly sins with morgan freeman and brad pitt (detectives); kevin spacey (crazy psycho)... No Mercy, and & 7 deadly sins were pretty much the same; the profile of the killer that is....Reminded me of & deadly sins immediately. In fact I knew the outcome of this movie since the start. In 7 deadly sins, the ending/plot twist Brad Pitts Wife was the kidnapped and after an elaborate plot by Spacey, his pregnant wife's head was delivered in a box to brad pitt and brad pitt shot and killed him...Making him the sin of WRATH....
Dang, that was brutal. Good stuff. Hollywood wouldn't have the guts to have the kid dead at the end
I watched this in the past. You couldnt look away, that how good this movie was
This movie has the best plot out of all the Korean movies that I watched.

At the beginning of the movie Kang was complimenting the 1st victim's torso in a very weird way, that scene made me uncomfortable, turns out it was his daughter's torso.. damn now i know why they included that scene 😬

this sounded like a mix of Oldboy and Seven.

Please add the movie title in description next time 🙂
holy dude this movie is so good
the rose petal scene is so beautiful and satisfying. imagine having one last glimmer of hope after seeing your daughter, only to reach your hand inside and found nothing but rose petals
Beautiful and satisfying in this context sounds really fucked up, unless you are a psychopath
Wtf…really said beautiful and satisfying before following it with that. Get some help.
Satisfying is a wrong word unless you plan to do something similar. I should report you to the police in wherever you live. If you were trying to sound edgy and dark, just know it didn’t. As a person who thought about k***ng myself before, trust me, depression and darkness are not where you want to be nor impressive things.
I'm pretty sure the word satisfying was used bcoz Kang deserved what was coming
What a delightfully happy ending. ❤️
I love this movie
This movie genuinely made me more depressed than overdosing on MDMA
Everyone’s got the amnesia!

Feels like the movie took some inspiration from Se7en.
wow poor guys
Love and hatred are the opposite feeling but both can do the same thing. It can drive human so far for them to do literally anything in the name of love or hatred.
And another good lesson learn here is if you sometime can stay as outsider just stay as outsider. The female detective is the only one losing her sanity and the only who going to live with a living hell she create on her own ambition and curiosity. Like old time said "Curiosity kill a cat", She is a cat.
I can't get over the way you said kang, sound like kaeng
