I know a lot of people are focusing on how much they like these longer videos better, I'm not disputing it either. I've got to say that the way that you treat customers whether it's somebody bringing in fakes or somebody that's bringing in top of the line shoes, you treat everybody incredibly kindly and with the utmost respect. If the shoe game ends up not working out for you in the long run, there's no business owner alive that wouldn't want you working for them to deal with customers.
