To get the shells off of boiled eggs, add a little baking soda to the water when you boil them. Also put them in ice water before you peel them. 😊
The older the eggs the easier they peel. I buy eggs at least a week before I need them for deviled eggs to make my life easier. My grown children think it’s not a holiday if I don’t bring deviled eggs.
Once I heard about the instant pot 5-5-5 method for boiled eggs it changed my life. 😊 couldn’t be easier and the shell comes off easily every time. 1 cup of water , eggs (I have a basket for my IP), then pressure cook for 5 minutes, 5 minute natural release, then 5 minutes in a bowl of ice water.
Put some baking soda in the water of your eggs to ensure that the egg shells come of easy, Meghan 🙂
I found a bunch of the big cans of Libby 100% Pure Pumpkin last week for $1.74 on clearance. I got both cases. We make loads of pumpkin bread, muffins, pancakes in the fall & winter so this saves so much money waiting to buy later.

That is something I have noticed about our eggs since having chickens. They are way harder to peel. Baking soda has helped quite a bit but there are still those stubborn ones.

Add the eggs after the water is boiling. Boil for 12 minutes then into the sink with 2 trays of ice and cold water for 15 min works every time!

My husband takes the stuffing and stuffs the porkchops and then bakes them, so good!
If your Olive oil is source from more then one place, it’s probably mixed with inferior oils. Always good to check the label. I love that your kiddos want Pumpkin pie all year long..yummy.

Hello Meghan.. after the eggs finish boiling, put them in cold water.. then peel.. has been working for me.. I too buy the same eggs and love them..
The weather has been brutal in eastern NC. It has rained here a couple of days this week. Thursday it down poured no sooner then walking the door. I was glad to be home before it did. It is still warm though. But eastern NC is usually the hottest in July and August. I have to be in the mood for ranch.

I steam my pastured eggs for 12/13 minutes, cool them in cold water. They peel perfectly.
We got 16 lbs of the ground beef last time at Aldi when you told us about the sale! My husband went with me a few times. He bought some and so did I. At that price...and it’s good! Thank you! 🦋💕🥰🙏

Take the green bananas & put them in a brown paper bag. They will ripen quickly and nicely.

I do my fresh yard eggs in a hot water method and they shell easily no problems.

For your eggs,,boil eater, place room temp. eggs, boil for 10 mins,,ice the eggs,,peel and enjoy. Have seen this done with fresh laid eggs.

When I shop at Meijer, they have an app called Mperks. You can clip the digital savings in the app and scan when you check out.
