What helped me a lot was having a session with Rick. I had my first projection within 10 days after meeting with Rick over Zoom in 2022. I had been reading about AP for about 7 months prior to that. I'm getting older and am happy to consult with an expert if I think it can save me time and effort, so I was really keen to do it. The biggest thing was that he helped me with confidence that I was fully capable of astral projecting. I probably had some subconscious doubts prior to that. Since then, I've had many astral projections - I'm very grateful for the ability. I probably had a bit of natural inclination, as I had occasional lucid dreams and sleep paralysis in the past. My interest in the topic remains very strong and I never miss an episode of Astral Club (OK, I've skipped one or two of the scary episodes!).
I also took Rick’s private session! I had my 1st purposeful OBE a few weeks ago using the WBTB Method! IT WAS MAGICAL❤🙏🏻! One tip he gave me that I had never tried was to journal A LOT! I MEAN OVER & OVER (I’d write “I ASTRAL PROJECT EASILY EVERY NIGHT” or “I LEAVE MY BODY EASILY & REMEMBER ALL” ABOUT 50 TIMES)! It was so helpful to have the full time w/Rick where he answered all the questions I had! 😊
Thank you! I've been working at it for a year now without success. I've definitely taken some breaks in between of course because it got frustrating and tiring, especially after seeing people online sharing they did it their first try, and they didn't even think it was real before trying! I've done courses, read books, mantras, Gateway Tapes, binaural beats, asking guides and higher self for help, meditation, etc. and no luck. I know for sure finding a quiet place is hard (noisy house, even at night lol). I've been able to get to the vibrational state a few times early on, but not lately. I love it, but haven't been able to get further. Maybe it's the excitement holding me back? I'm not sure since I don't have much to work with. I either fall asleep or stare at the ceiling for 3 hours and get nothing lol.
Moving without moving is the best way for me. Wiggling my fingers. Once I feel them wiggling I can. peel out the rest of my body . Another to just stand up. I've stood up in the middle of me bed before with my feet and legs through the mattress and on the floor.
Thanks Rick! I’m excited to hear the next episode. It sounds insightful. I can see how the scientist you were talking about believes that lucid dreaming is like a cousin to astral projection. I find that at times entities will communicate with me through there. It’s almost as if I’ve invited them to meet me within my dream realm since I feel stuck not being able to leave my body.
This is a common problem experienced by many in our world. You’re too tired at night, and you’re sinking into dream and deep delta sleep too quickly. I advise weekend naps for AP for such individuals. Such naps allow many to have better control of their consciousness as they’re not as tired as in a typical nighttime sleep period.
Rick this is a bit of and advanced question. But I wanted to know if a negative poltergeist messes with your soul matrix and they get banished off the "Earth Plane" by Angels or whoever can they Return This just happened to me like I was having a issue were a poltergeist was trying to posses me but I think they messed with my soul matrix because they aren't here anymore to mess with me so I know they got banished I heard people say their spirit guides have told them once they die and leave this "earth plane" they can't return and I heard about your story with "The Master" I just wanted to confirm if its true they can't comback
Poltergeists are disturbed low level human spirits. Something would need the power of a highly advanced entity or an arch demon to damage the soul matrix. And these beings generally know better than to commit such a high crime.
Hi Rick, great video! Quick question regarding your rollout method; does it make a difference if you begin this whole process sleeping on your side vs. sleeping on your back?
Sleeping on your side makes for a easier rollout. Imagine in your physical body how easy it would be just to roll out onto the floor from your side. Lying on your back complicates most AP methods, unless your choice is the “Float Out” method.
Hey Rick! Just found your channel and it would be great if you kept a playlist with all episodes in chronological order since the first so we can watch all your videos back to back, which I'm sure would be great for your monetization as well. I see you already have a playlist with all episodes but they are listed latest-first, so that wouldn't work, and CZcams doesn't let me reverse a playlist - nor order your videos by "Oldest" and watch in order (it just jumps around to whatever the algorithm decides is best after the first video). There's probably some tool out there to do that for you automatically so you dont have to create that playlist by hand. Thank you for the great content!
I understand your concern. However, most subs have a preference for newer episodes, not the old ones. To partially address this concern, I’m reposting popular old episodes on Wednesdays with new episodes on Saturday morning for a while.

Thanks Rick! Hey question here for you. I’ve heard you mention Will a few times before. You put and emphasis on the value and power it has within astral projecting. I don’t entirely understand it and I was hoping you could explain it more in depth for me. Like how do I practice Will, to make it stronger so I have more control over my Will? So like when astral projecting, if you Will yourself to go to Jupiter, then you go to Jupiter, right? So like is it the same feeling or skill, or similar to me standing on one side of the street and making the decision/saying it to myself out loud I Will myself to walk to the other side of the street, and then I go to the other side of the street? Sorry for the poor example, but is it like that just all mentally/metaphysically? Thanks! Also I hope you’re doing well and healing up with your kidneys was it?
Everything you do is controlled by your WILL. You WILL yourself out of a chair to get a snack. In the Astral Body your strength and tight focus of your WILL controls your level of success. Your WILL keeps you out of your body longer even when you feel the return signal getting unbearably strong. if you get into a staring contest with a friend, your strength of WILL determines who will win. I might say to myself while APing that I will go to X destination, or I'll gladly die trying.

@@snowmanboyatma The power of your WILL starts with confidence, focus and determination. It certainly translates 100% to the Astral. Anything you can do to increase these three factors will help your WILL to strengthen. My best exercise is to join the military as an effective officer or NCO. When you give orders there’s no thought that they might be disobeyed. You KNOW they will be accomplished. Your confidence and determination oozes out of your pores. Taking leadership roles in civilian life can assist the development of your WILL as well.

I thought your voice sounded a little different than usual, figured you had new mic or got a cold, until I saw it was a repost. I'm not a youtube content creator but I would try and make sure Google doesn't penalize youtubers who repost old content, Google can be strict with these kind of matters, I would hate to see you receive strikes.
It’s permissible to repost your own content to CZcams. It’s a little discouraged because it might get less watcher interaction. However, all I care about is that newer subs get a chance to watch the most popular old content from Astral Club. Few new subs have the time to watch all 400:episodes to catch up.
Is astral projection just a strange form of dream and nothing more? This explanation never seemed good enough for me. But for some reason all of the very simple experiments that would prove it to be real (such as looking at a secret code that you've never seen before) always fail. I'm curious about your thoughts on this. Or if you already have a video on this I would be happy to watch.
I’d like to think that all my podcasts contribute the argument that AP is a genuine phenomena. I have proven the phenomena to my satisfaction over the years in many ways that I discuss in my episodes. However, I think the only way to truly appreciate the difference between AP and other phenomena is realized only after one experiences their first AP. The experience is head and shoulders above any simple lucid dream or other alternative experience.
Hey Rick if you get a chance when your out and about in the Astral can you check out what that Planet sized black thing is recharging off the Sun? It showed up the day of the Eclipse and was first and last seen back in 2012 doing the same thing seemingly siphoning energy off the Sun, can you have a look for us and see what you find?
Any species that can mate and produce fertile offspring is the same biologically. As such, humans are one species or race. Differences in culture and the amount of melanin in skin is negligible, and shouldn’t be used to infer any major differences.

The hard part for me is not falling asleep, it happens after the vibratory state, or before, but cant get to stay awake. Any advice please?

I know the Greys recharge their magnetic-gravity engines using solar plasma. Perhaps other races do so as well.
