      Yeah, he is and I would have loved to develop more under his direction, but unfortunately my life was an absolute $&@# show during that part of my life’s journey. It’s okay though, I made the best of it. I’ve developed a ton of knowledge and skill that can benefit a lot of people and an opportunity to share it :)

    How would you combine conditioning while working on strength?

      Most strength gains will be made "out of season" or at least when you are live wrestling less. Stress is accumulative and most of the time maintaining strength is the goal during the season with everything your body has to recover from. Out of season gaining strength should be the main goal, as well as improving technique. At the beginning of the season or possibly preseason a wrestler should transition to more strength and conditioning working on improving their rate of force development (emphasize speed and quickness) and possible doing some circuits to improve their lactate threshold (to improve anaerobic endurance.)
