Nicolette is being peer pressured because this is how our generation works. i want a tattoo but she literally had to take a breather because she was terrified. her friends didn't even comfort her they only said 'close your eyes'. she did not have to do this and i feel bad for her and her mom.

She should have called her mom before getting that tattoo. She's a daughter first and then a CZcamsr. The tattoo is not a big deal, but choosing social media over family responsibility is kinda messed up. Nina looked very hurt and disappointed but only because she's a very caring mom.
Squishy Spud also a parent should have been there or at least had to sign something as someone in the industry for over 16 years we never touch minors without a parent or guardian with IDs for both and birth certificate doesn’t matter how famous. And it seemed like her mom didn’t know. It may have been an act and her mom or dad or whatever did sign or give the ok. Idk because idk what goes on behind the scenes but it seems wrong. I love Nicolette she’s amazing and sweet but as someone in the tattoo industry money is money but it’s not worth it when it’s wrong. My health department would have me shut down. Then again I also don’t know the laws in California. My dad runs a shop there so I might ask him idk blah sorry. my first tattoo was when I was 18 but the shop I went to didn't ask for i.d or any verification, just took my word for it. some shops just don't care. but I also don't think nicolette would be emancipated. otherwise she wouldn't be living with her mother.

When I first started watching her on another person's channel I thought she was like 20-23, so it doesn't surprise me that the tattoo place didn't even check. I looked up the age for tattoos in California and it said that they need to be 18 and that there is no exception for parent/guardian consent.
