Opening pretty much describes 2021 Zoom meetings.
I gave audio files of a RAW interview on Language and Reality and Leary's "How to Operate Your Brain" to my graduate adviser so he could better understand why I study communication. Huge influences on my art.
I originated and produced this event on April 30th 1990 at NYU under the title of "From Psychedelics to Pcyberspace". At the time I was on probation for selling psychedelics after spending a few months in jail.

I figure it must be hard to imagine it's been almost 30 years... I was a 2 year-old by then.

We did a really interesting interview with Robert Forte, who was good friends with Tim a few weeks ago, on many of these subjects, if any of you are interested. Just look up Free Radical Media on the youtube, and you'll find it in our videos.
His timeline was overly optimistic but a lot of his ideas are coming to fruition... Skype, google glass, Wikipedia... take his ideas and scale them back about 90 % and that's where we are now. Maybe soon we'll be a lot closer to more of these ideals.

why are we still at 720p & 1080p & are callnig that crap HDTV ?!?
When in THE 80s !!! they had 2000p + already .....
shouldnt we be able by now to have approx 20.000p HDTV ?!?
cant we be ten times better in 2020 as in 1980 ???
2000p back then is not the same as today. Today's 1080p HD resolution is 1,920 x 1,080 pixels and all the lines are visible at the same time. Not at all what he was alluding to.
@@FISHDINHO no actually. Resolution wise its exactly what he was illuding to. He said at one point it was twice hd.
