I have to admit that Englewood's appeal is steadily growing with me and my Wife. This spiffy new downtown definitely adds to it's attraction and can only get better. So much potential. I hope it continues to expand with more restaurants, businesses and attractions. Perhaps a future video that explores the Dearborn Street nightlife. Thank you for walking through the area and showing us around. It helps those of us that can't be there. Great content as usual. 👍
We love Englewood! Thanks for the video idea Paul. It would be fun to explore the night life specially with all the live music. We might have to do some sort of “bar-hopping”
You totally overlooked the award-winning Art Alliance of Lemon Bay Gallery & Gifts right next to Joe Maxx Coffee!! It’s an amazing Art gallery featuring 45 of the most talented local artists around . It’s incredible!! Some of the best local art!

Thanks for the video. But every time we go to Dearborn St, everything is closed. I don’t know when to go.
Try going early in the day. Most restaurants and coffee shops close around 3pm and open again around 5pm. This day we went around 11am on a week day and pretty much everything was open.
I feel the developers of Wellen Park should develop here too. North Port should just overtake Englewood in my opinion and make it all new to match
