Sin can't resist Sac Altar even though it maybe pays off with something better than the sacrificed familiars maybe half of the time at best. Devil deal items just aren't as good as Angel room items in Repentance. I think it worked out in this case since Cambion Conception worked in conjunction with Candy Heart.

24:57 Theres actually an item in Fiend Folio called “Loaded D6” which is pretty much does that. It rerolls into items that you already have which is pretty neat xD
Perhaps a reason for Sin to play more Fiend Folio?

Candy Heart is one of my favorite items of all time. Love a Candy Heart build/run
18:45 Personally, I would say that spider bite is better than a damage up. When it procs it allows for more shots to land and gives a sort of defense as well. Both are good though

Teleporting to the deal does not count (red chest, joker card, sacrifice room, etc.)

Getting a 36,2% deal means +6 points
What this number means?
If its in the positive that means Sinvicta got more 33% deals than lost 67% ones

It's always been
Cambian Conception/Candy Heart is such an underrated synergy. Candy Heart incentivizes you to take damage to get stats and CC gets you familiars for taking damage
I think cambion conception is worth taking every single time I see it (unless it kills me or I'm playing the lost etc) because you can get twisted pair (if unlocked) and/or incubus from it. You get rewarded for taking damage which you're already going to be doing throughout the run and even more so for sac room shuffles and so on. It's one of my favourites for sure.
fun fact about the D10, when it devolves the lowest form of an enemy (i.e black fly or yellow spider) they don’t just disappear, they turn into one of the flies or spiders in the background of the floor

There could be a lock on either of these, and using the item once uses up a key. Balance the item by setting the number of keys/type of key required to open.

Yeah CandyHeart is just BingeEater but you dont even sacrifice the items. Just need RedHearts

Speaking of the d10. I had dice bag and got the d10 from it and used it in a room with attack mushrooms. Changed them into completely regular normal mushrooms

maybe recall can only duplicate passive items you recieved on the previous floor, if you picked up more than one you could have it randomly choose between them. That would make it so people can either abuse it by handicapping themselves by only taking one passive OR they could take the chances and hope they get it by chance
I think it would be fun if you did a run all about the stat improver items.
Give yourself Candy Heart, Soul Locket, Keeper's Sack, and Money = Power and seed how your stats change throughout the run. Maybe add Death's List for the hell of it.
I would like to see an item that copies a passive item you already have. Like it starts off with 0/6 charges and when used it would vanish and choose a random passive item you have and give you a second one. Some items would be great to have a second one and others would be bad so I think it would fit in nicely.
What about you call it lost and found box, where it gives you a random item you had seen on the run, This could include items you couldn't reach or even items in an item room or shop you couldn't afford and/or unlock. Devil and angel deal items as well. Obviously, it would be 1 time use.
