Dear Ophelia,
He's been quieter that usual, although his thoughts poetic as always:
"A playlist for living in the countryside", she wrote.
Yet again sending her love in the form of music. What is art, but a representation of ones very soul, and what is love, but sharing it.
It has been heard that some believe music resonates with ones soul.
"What a silly thought", he thinks to himself as he plays her music from it (her soul).
'vibrations in the air' they say, as if that is all there is to it.
One could see the world so materialistically, as if there is no room for creative freedom of ones mind.
As to say that expression of it is deemed unfamiliar.
Perhaps this in of itself is the beauty of it.
A failure to understand ones mind in the success of your own.
And who is to say you must understand to appreciate?
Appreciation is born through the art of seeing with more than the human eye, a simple ability of consciousness for the world around you, despite the flaws it may hold.
Like an unconditional love, perhaps that which your searching for begins in your very heart, with an appreciation for yourself and the Earth you walk on.
"An art form, in of itself", he ponders to himself whilst wistfully gracing the grand piano in the manor hall.
And so the paradox continues, one of a hopeless lover, represented by all too familiar poetry:
He lives the poetry he cannot write
Or perhaps he writes the poetry he cannot yet live..
