- Welcome back to The Therapy Crouch! This week, your favourite couple take a sit down to spill the beans on all their Glastonbury planning and preparations. We have got some interesting ideas on how we can help Pete go incognito in the crowd (wig suggestions welcome) and Abbey gives a breakdown on how she is going to give Sir Elton John himself a run for his money when it comes to outfit changes.

Love you guys!. I never empty my dishwasher or do anything very boring or tedious without you. I wouldn’t last a minute. We do a lot of music festivals where camping is involved so sleep is tough and hangovers are common. The best hangover preventer is to prepare a middle of the night, sleep-tight cocktail of Advil PM and a Dramamine. If you have drank a bunch you are bound to wake up and have to wiz and that is the perfect time to take the sleep tight. This will give you a head start on your recovery and ensure you can fully sleep it off. Best, Frank

Most festivals have other options like huts / caravans / bell tents etc. or you can stay in a hotel nearby
