loved how you called the visual mood tracker a sort of "brain dump" because i usually think of a brain dump as written words but this is actually so much more accurate cause it really feels like you're dropping the images from your brain directly on paper!! and that's exactly how your drawings feel like they are so dreamy and adding the fact that you're just not planning them and letting them come on paper as you go ughhh i just love this spontaneous style of drawing so much it feels so therapeutic tooooo
This style of doodling seems relaxing and stress bursting! Would love to try it. 😊
