These games really do look great, but the thing they need to work on the most to add realism is to give a sense of purpose to what is going on in them (background). Most of the people you see here are walking at the same speed, no sense of purpose, just wandering around. In future games, have them walk at different speeds and somehow give the impression that they are actually GOING someplace to do something, not just out for a casual stroll in the city.
My dude, these NPCs were said to be programmed to do exactly what you just described, even more, they were said that they’d have a 24hr routine, that is one of the main problems we had with this game besides the bugs, all the cut content and fake promises. I still like very much the game tho, but it was supposed to be a lot better.
How do you get to see the interior of the buildings? I don't remember seeing all these in my playthroughs when i walk past buildings that you can go into.;
