Hey how are you, yeah the place is gorgeous, I remember when it was a bank. I would definitely like to go back there Mark loves the unlimited lobster and Oysters😍
Sadly depressing that we don't have any amazing hotel buffets in London. I've been watching videos from the buffets in Las Vegas (have a look at the Bacchanale..Mind blowing!) and ours, by comparison, well..there is no comparison!
Hi Karen, Yes you're right it's a shame we don't have amazing hotel Buffets, there used to be a few good ones like Cook Book Cafe at the Hilton Park Lane, The Brunch at the Terrace Bar Le Meridien in Piccadilly and of course Ned's Feast on Sundays at the Ned in Bank, not amazing like in Vegas, but not too shabby either. It's unfortunate they have stopped the other two and the Ned is the only 'Up Market' Buffet that I know of at the moment. I have to admit I didn't like the Bacchanal at Caesar's as much as some of the others we enjoyed in Vegas as I felt the Bacchanal was quantity over quality. I have to say my personal favourite was The Wicked Spoon at the Cosmopolitan 😋😋😋, the food there was so good. Like you say there is no comparison over here.......dare I say yet????
Sorry I don't know how I missed your question - it's a year late, but in case you decide to go whenever they open up again (if you haven't been already that is) This booking was at 17.00, the other bookings we had there though have been at 12.00 and 12.30 I think the earlier you go the better, but that's just me :)
Yes pretty much, but there's also all you can eat different types of Salmon, Oysters, Prawns, Lobster, Salad, Cheese, fruit and desserts, but yes the main thing would be the roasts. It's definitely worth going even if you only try it once, its £48 per person and you're paying for the atmosphere, food, and the Name really of The Ned, but I must admit I do consider it better than your normal local Carvery because of the extras. I do love a local Carvery too 😋😋😋
Thanks for sharing. I must be there for my next visit to London... 😋
Yes, definitely make a reservation in advance before you come to London you'll enjoy the ambiance there if nothing else😁
the spread looks amazing but the place is what’s stunning! what a lovely hotel
