如果可以喺香港搵到呢位梁師傅做一次正骨就好,肩周炎五十肩好痛,做個超聲波,鐵打都冇明顯幫助.
有肩周炎多數兩個原因，一係肩關節受過傷，一係平時發力錯誤，原本應該用手臂肌肉發力你冇用，用左肩關節代償。如果係第二種情況，正骨其實冇咩用，因為唔改正返正確發力，正好左都好好快返發。正確醫治方係先去睇物理治療問醫生適唔合運動治療，再去健身室學返正確發力方法，冇左代償肩周炎自然就會好。其實大部份關節炎症都係因為長期冇運動，肌肉力量退化而慣性用左關節代償做成。所以除左做適當重量訓練加強返肌力同學返正確發力之外，其他方法基本治標唔治本。肩周炎其實只是個開始，隨著胸背肌肉既退化，會變成圓肩，頸椎跟住就會出問題。核心肌肉退化會影響腰椎。腿部肌肉退化就會開始膝關節痛。

@@boonlianglau6703 可以係可以，但睇一次唔平，唔係個個人可以負擔得起。另外依家好多醫生為左搵多D錢，都會拖病症，我自己就試過睇物理治療醫左幾萬都醫唔好 ，反而搵自己資料做D簡單復健運動就有改善。之後去做適當重訓令肌肉有返足夠支撐起日常活動既能力，問題先得到完美解決。
梁師傅，頸椎問題會引致高血壓嗎？
