One keyboard playing frirnd of mine said the Lithium Battety may have yo be replaced. I bought my Korg new in 1998. She been very good to me. Now I will call Korg Tech to see if they can help. When you open the back screws, lithium button cell will be exposed on its green motherboard, replacing it is as easy as replacing your tv remote battery
My N364 needs battery internal replacement but I won't dare try and follow this tutorial. Anyone in London UK 🇬🇧 that can carry this out for me? Korg UK charges £60.00 but charges you the same each day for the number of days it spends in their work shop and they claim there is no same day collection facility . You could therefore run up a bill of 100s of pounds.
If that's not done by you, You may factory reset. If factory reset does not help, check CMOS battery, If battery ok. Flash your programs as shown in this video. Good luck
@@puaorecords6396 Its like removing cmos battery from your PC, your BIOS setting will be reset, Likewise, your keyboard will lost pre requisite info to maintain parameters, it will act like crazy

There are welded on , are you saying I can just force the top off and plop a new new one in?
@@alexrabbitson9219 Turns out it is soldered on. You can remove the old one with a soldering iron.
Looks doctored to me. The buttons are soldered onto the connector originally.
