I installed the "T" version, and was done in 10 mins, haha. Seriously though, I love mine, GMRS radio is installed on it as well as other useful "tools", if you know what i mean. If you make Mountain West Expo, I'd look you up.

Oh man a trip out to Colorado would be awesome. Not sure we can pull that off in August, but we shall see.

    Don’t do it…..
I ripped mine out 4 months after installing it.
It started to rattle so bad that I could no longer stand it.
Even uninstalled it and added felt between it and the vehicle and that didn’t even help.

Oh no!!! Well .. it's already installed now. Well if it starts to rattle I'll probably get rid of it too. I hate rattles. I'll have to do a review of it after some months.

I feel your pain lol. I installed the same thing a few months ago without the rack and it was still a bit of a Bear solo. I had to readjust the front brackets about a month later as the freedom panels were not sitting tight enough and had a small leak with water. Now it’s dialed and hasn’t loosened up and I really like it. The self tapping screws can stretch the metal and loose holding power if over tightened. I used my Milwaukee power screwdriver at its lowest torque setting and hand tightened each fastener and have had zero issues. Mounted my GMRS and love it! I’m sorry to hear that anyone has had issues and maybe a slightly larger fastener would help tighten it back up. Happy Trails man!

Good to know you had a better experience. My fingers are crossed. 😄 Thanks for letting me know!
