"Canon" was originally written by Pachelbel in the key of D Major. This version was arranged by George Winston, named "Variations on the Kanon", and is in the key of C Major. This video is a remake of my original Canon in C video, in higher quality + left/right separation.

I know it's in the key of C Major but I can't help but to interpret this piece as to be bittersweet. It sounds lovely and sweet, and yet at parts (to me) it also sounds lonely.

This is such a wonderful yet mysterious song that I’ve always loved. It’s as though the piano is trying to tell you something.

I taught myself to learn piano about a year or two ago and although I don’t now how to play a lot of pieces, I can play the ones I taught myself perfectly. It’s all about persistence and practice

Much is in the playing. The notes on this were stretched longer.. thus blended together, so it's making the piano more like a violin than a percusion instrument. (Pianos are technically percussion, but they still have strings, so can do odd things)

I cant play piano, but I do play classical guitar. I love this song so much that I've spent the last 11 months creating a guitar transcription that is almost identical to the piano version. @@xinyuxue868 - It's technically and physically easier on C tho lol But I get you, you get used to doing it on one scale you kinda get stuck with it.
Try transposing into other keys for every piece you learn. It will expand your knowledge on other keys.

Jujur, saat saya belajar, saya selalu mendapatkan nilai dibawah 69. Tetapi saat saat itu saya coba belajar dengan lagu ini dan. Saat besoknya saya mendapatkan tugas dan saya mendapatkan nilai 100.
This is hard to play but it’s worth the effort for someone who wants to learn it.
