I completely agree with the video. My wife was diagnosed with stomach cancer 3 months before her 58th birthday. 9 months later, she was declared cancer free. 4 months after that, and 2 months after our 40th anniversary, she passed after the cancer metastasized into her bones. When I tell people about it, I stress how one more I love you, hand holding, hug, etc. would mean so much. You never know what tomorrow will bring.
We all need a Barnabas in our life (“son of encouragement “).
Only eternity will reveal how many people are praying for you, your wife and your entire families! We trust the healer on your behalf! Blessings.

I'm a cancer survivor. Those were the worst days of my life. My wife helped pull me through those dark days. Now, many years later, we live life together as happily as we can. It sure changes your perspective on things. I went through surgeries and intensive chemo. I learned to take each day a day at a time. Every day I survived was another victory. I ended up winning the war, thank God.
Enjoy fun things whenever you feel well enough to do them. The doctors and nurses always told me to eat healthy during my treatments. I could barely eat at all from the nausea most of the time during chemo. Whenever I would start to feel well enough, I would go out for the least healthy food possible and I enjoyed every bite. I needed it.
Cancer has a way of teaching people what's really important. The unimportant things really don't matter much. I don't get hung up with BS at all anymore. I do what I need to do to be happy and I don't sweat the small stuff anymore.

I think that happiness comes from within but you have got to have the will to be happy. I think it's good to stop, reflect and take time out to think about the things that make you feel unhappy and eliminate them over time which should make you more happy with life.
Be careful about the people to let into your life and interact with and try to focus on the positives and dispense with the negatives. If you can do this then you can achieve internal greatness and most of all, long term happiness. BIG THUMBS UP COACHBOB

AMEM!! At the age of 16, i had the first of 5 back surgeries. One of my doctors said to me recently, life has dealt you a bad hand. I said that it could have been a lot harder. I feel very blessed to have been able to do all the things that I have done in my 67 years. If you look around, you can always find someone who has it a lot worse than you. God will never give you more than you can handle. I also believe that sometimes things that happen to us, is to help others with their lives.I signed up for my class for getting my license for a 3 wheel motorcycle next month. I was fortunate last Sunday that I was able to ride with my daughter on the Spyder as well. I've really missed her riding with me. It was great Daddy/Daughter time.
After "The Burn", I had complications with my Tib/Fib fracture and developed the staph infection, I was thinking " What if I lost the leg? How would I get around." I was Pro-active and did the research on driving aids for the handicapped. Hoping for the best but mentally preparing for the worst.
I have been fighting stage 4 lung cancer for 1 year and just went out and bought a 2024 can am sea to sky
Daddy daughter time is priceless. My 2 daughters love going on rides with me. Praying for your family, for positive thinking, and for God's blessings on you all. Ride BLESSED 🙏

Sage advice. All five points are spot on. At 75, my cancer is in remission for the second time. A retired Army general I know says you have to lean forward in the foxhole. That’s what I try to do. 🙏
