雖然說這句話的人，不一定是重男輕女，但這代表還是有一些老人家，在談話中透露出，仍保有這種傳統台灣社會的舊時觀念。
料理米酒其實不好喝，
以前都是喝純米酒。
純米酒跟料理米酒是不一樣的。
台灣人是蠻喜歡用自己的方式跟不同國家的人相處，
用意是希望在當時能開心愉快。
好險只有一桌客人，
再多個兩桌可能會一直喝.......
然後回家被質疑，怎消費這麼少金額會那麼醉解釋不清&@#$？¶×√^

我小時候被大人騙過，當時那顆不是很大，形狀像腎臟，吃起來是普通的肉味帶一點點血味，然後才被告知那是雞蛋蛋，但當時的反應不大，因為吃起來沒什麼不對勁的地方

身為台灣人,我跟朋友也常常在熱炒店等等的餐廳會敬酒到隔壁桌去,或隔壁桌過來喝兩杯. 這就是台灣喝酒文化好玩的地方.
Yes Taiwanese are hospitable. But some mid-age uncles are just too passionate in their very own way and might make things awkward. Hope that's not the case here and you guys really did have a good meal and experience. Happy lunar new year!

Love the video. I have a Taiwan joke I made up all on my own. There is a table out in front of a business and workers are leaving food offerings to the spirits. Ramen, Doritos and the like. One worker comes up and throws some medication on the table and prays. Another worker turns to him and asks, why did you put medication there for your ancestors in heaven? He said, oh, it is for my uncle. He has high blood pressure.
Not bad, eh. Only in Taiwan. Take care.

因為裡面是 食用酒精，需要經過煮沸揮發....
如果要飲用，要買天然釀造的米酒頭
或者其他米酒，千萬別飲用料理米酒。
"Red Label Cooking Rice Wine" is not for drinking...
Because there is edible alcohol in it, it needs to be boiled to evaporate....
If you want to drink it, buy a naturally brewed "rice wine head",
Or other rice wine, do not drink cooking rice wine.
