I’d rather see them try to relive the good days then ultimately giving up on each other and not speaking again.

@@paperroutea No I think the illiminate shut down as a brand only. Majority of the people who run the brand are randy's friend however since each has now respective life to give more focus on, they decided to shutdown the business. Overall they are still friends who hangout from time to time

Some recommendations imo - A podcast setup so you can start a podcast to talk about anything, A basic streaming setup, A place to store/display guest cars when they come to town.
Pod casts are so over done and I doubt they'd honestly even do a good pod cast. Not everyone Can do every type of content well

Add a coffee bar next to the sims. Add a bar table or a spot for the homies who are going to school to do homework. A hang out lounge is a must, a place for people and friends feel comfortable. Usually people are the staying in vibe, add a big 85" tv where you can binge shows together or even have a dedicated movie night once a month or every other week.
