  • This is a short video to show others what it's like to be a vendor at our local farmers market. After prepping everything the night before we have a busy and full day ahead. The farmers market is a great way to sell our fruits and veggies to others in our local community. We started as home gardeners and are now expanding to market farmers because we love being able to grow good local produce. Check out our typical day at the farmers market in this video!

Master class in video making. Short and very informative and interesting! Also appreciate that you blur the market-goers. People need time to choose to be camera -ready. Well done!

Nice looking produce, well presented. Am sure your sales will increase as the season goes on.
How late in the year does your farmers market go? Have a great weekend.

Thank you! Our farmers market is open until the end of October. However, we won't make it that long as once we get a frost, we are pretty much done. We expect a frost before the end of October for sure.

At the end of your market, are you willing to offer things at a discounted rate or do you just keep your same price?

Sometimes, it depends on how much we have and how long it will last. I often plan on canning after the market for our own use. Or we have a self-serve farmstand so if the produce is still in good condition we will put it in there.

Very nice! Which town is your farmer's market in?
