I dont mind it fighting APDS but i hate the fact ATGMS can face it. Legit ERA at that BR does nothing to the APHE style shells you mostly use but some tanks get composite and a russian one gets APFSDS
I don't mind fighting APDS and APFSDS since at a good enough angle sure my barrel is out but they cand pen me any where and can't flank cause of where I parked myself with teammates. But the MAUS is still good at 7.7 and the HE she'll alone can take out a lot of top tier MBTs

One thing I noticed overall is mostly lack of angling. When angled I have been able to bounce atgms and other non sense that probably should have killed me. Although the snail has done something to the maus so it’s more prone to bombs and being over pressured.
Also BS you’ve gotten these big ass maps

I more or less only play 6.7 these days and the Maus is both my favorite and least favorite tank to fight when I get an uptier.
I love killing them be they're always aggressively overconfident but also suddenly coming to the realization that one's staring at you and you didn't notice until it's like a second or two too late is one of the most fear inducing feelings in the world.
Worst feeling is when there is a maus pushing you and u don't have enough pen to go through the turret or one shot the barrel
@@FrogFootYT Luckily for me US 6.7 is rather spoiled for choice when it comes to guns capable of punching through the Maus' turret face.
When it comes to my line-up it's pretty simple:
M26: Use M304 Shot
T26E5: Use M304 Shot
T26E1-1: Use T44 Shot
T34: Both T14E3 and T17E1 Shot will do the trick.

You can set the smaller cannon to fire on a different button I use right click to fire secondary weapons

Bind it so that you can shoot 1 cannon at the time because you will shoot the main one instead of the little one and vise versa you can do it in settings I think it is called "main cannon fire" or something like that
yep I did, pretty helpful with the maus and some other vehicles too
It's all fun and all until you meet atgm , heli , bombs , and sometime ( every goddamn time ) you got put in uptier and your shell doesn't work because they got better armor and then they shot your gunner and then your cannon and then your track and then i got to wait 60 seconds for it to repair and then when it got repaired i got killed by them .
And then next game , got a big fkin maps ( OPEN MAPS ) , no buildings just pure field or sand . And then i got to wait like 3-5 minutes for me to arrive there and then i got shot by missiles out of knowhere and then the circle keeps on going .
So yeah
maus deserves a lower BR. considering America Russia And Great Britain and other country's have thins to front pen it. Plus its main gun has a 19 second reload WITH MAX LEVEL RELOADING. "Although its real life loading speed when tested was closer to 16 seconds" and its 75mm yes is usefull but not that OP considering the main things it can pen are light tanks.

I get uptiered 4/5 times, but when its finally a downtier its so fun. Really hate the huge maps, not even worth playing tbh because u won't even make it to the battle before the game is over lol

Once I was using the Marder and my ATGM bounce from the maus turret, I don't if that was the 75% activated or I just have skill issues
