@@pachuca2014 yes I want to see hat
Do you have contracts for the customers???
Youâre the only CZcamsr that actually wants us to succeed. Amazing person you are.
Me too I'm a small channel đ„ș show love fam.
Edit: Getting better at editing and it all came from my phone
Happy detailing everyone!
Also check out Wilson Auto detailing!
Same here :(
No heâs not thereâs other great detailers, and this man is one of them
Thatâs the positivity all of us like to hear and feed our minds with.
Wow itâs hard to get my head around ppl having this type of money to pay on a car detail. I imagine itâs based on location but wow, I could generate great value for folks. I just need the confidence to charge my worth. All the best to you!
Man people have it. It takes time to build your confidence and local report, but youâll get there. Iâve been at it for 5 years and Iâm getting 600 on every crew cab truck I take in.
Same my prices are way lower and people still complain
I detail on the side since I did professional detailing for a couple years in a shop and jeez in my town if you say 300 for a full paint correction, ceramic coating and everything, people look at you like youâre crazy and say youâre charging too much, canât get any business despite that being a $900-$1000 job in a shopđ€Šââïž
And that's okay that you charge to much because most people don't want to spend a dime to begin with. When you meet someone that cares about what they have and they have money to meet there want there not going to nickel and dime you.
Sadly, people in my part of town don't spend nearly this much on keeping their cars clean
are you sure?
You are looking at the wrong clientele
Do you think that somebody going to pay 600 for a small job the truck was clean not to bad 22 years in business I'm that job not more than 350
You will be surprised
My wife's uncle who has been doing it for like 10 years told me my prices where ridiculous and that i should charge 150 i was like thats funny it takes like 4 to 6 hours to do and its not easy work..
Good business knowledge on how to be a detailing professional. I appreciate you!
You're welcome!
Damn imagine being able to charge $300 for wash and wax
I do for a ford flex ceramic wax NOT COAT!!
EXTERIOR DETAIL ONLY $300 WASH CLAY CERAMIC WAX
Yup! It's a big truck, Full decon, chemical and mechanical decon, and sealant, not wax. Wash and wax is just the name of the service to keep it simple for the customers đ in Texas you get a away with it, In NY and Cali, only if you get unicorn customers that will appreciate a good service and value
@@dossegundos7145 that's not ceramic wax. Ceramic wax last up to 12 month instead of 2-3 months and you get better gloss, better beading, and can blow dry. Normal wax can't do that let alone a car that has no wax. Wax is a sealant lol.
Yeah we charge $60
I charge 300 too if they say what i just say bye
Bro your channel is legit. I started watching from your CZcams Detailing vs Reality. It is the most informative channel out there for those of who are considering starting our own thing. Like Iâve watched all the tips and trick videos and how toâs but not many on how to run your business. Thank you for the great content.
Jesus for ÂŁ450 ($600) in the Uk you can get a full stage 2 machine polish and ceramic coating.
Thats like saying that job for &450 in UK in Mexico its like &150 UK lol
If you're lucky
I really like what you said about the chemical thing that all chemicals do the same from what ever brand it is
When you are at the top of your game you can charge a premium price..nice work..
Yep, just executing the plan
wow .. glad you can get that price. not in my area $200 here
Thanks!
Lots of information in this video!! One question, what are the pads you used in the interior? Wasn't sure if you had a link even if on Amazon or whatnot. Definitely appreciate your cut aways to you talking straight facts! Keep pushing man!
â I donât care about your little circles â đđ
đȘ„
haha
Aye man that pump spray spoke for itself. Pshhhhhhhh. Just downloaded several of your e books. Looking forward to this year or next year. In the process of figuring it all out.
Thanks for the process video, by far one of my favorite videos of yours đđŒđđŒ
â You might sound cool though , hereâs my company phone â lmaooooo Iâm dying- lowkey thatâs a good flex though! Sounds professional!
What a great video! My boyfriend is starting to get into this himself, after working for others for so long, these videos are great
Im going to do it. I will succeed. It will take time but not worth it comes easy. Thanks for the content
anyway you could make a video explaining how you work with another person and how yall work together to do a interior and exterior job?
Check my recent videos... there's one on exterior
Teamwork makes the dream work baby! I've never been able to find someone who can match my speed, energy, or efficiency for team detailing--so I prefer to solo, and with that, not have to deal with inconsistencies.
Great video, I Sent it to a friend who does this and is severely under charging for his services. I hope he finds this useful.
You can also get a Google Voice number for $12/month. You just download the Google Voice app and any phone you're signed in on will get your business calls. I have the Voice app on my iphone and my android phone.
Where you guys come up with those prices that ridiculous and who ever pays for it its crazy
There's dozens of others detailers that charge 75% less than us
There is NO way I could price that high in this area. Hahahaha
You say that but there's detailers down my road that say the same thing đ
@@DetailGroove Well I mean its just way above market for detailing here. Obviously those guys right down the road from you are wrong because you're doing it. Lol
Loved the video, would of liked to see the end product of your work. Give your guy some simple standard final shots that he can do on his cell phone next time. Look forward to seeing some of your other videos.
I used to detail 12 cars Sunday mornings for $35 each, that include wash wax interior and tires
Here in the first 6 minutes hehe. Youâre videos are great Man.
How a wash an wax cost more than interior detail
Cause the exterior is more longer and is more for experience wise to do, otherwise you could risk damaging you paint and that's not easy to fix or ve cool about!
It's never crossed my mind that the interior should be more expensive than the exterior. Why is this a surprise?
Great video! Informative and down to earth. Excellent techniques and thank you for sharing prices! Of course areas vary but it helps. Thank you!
This is the best professional video and business yet. You need to add in ice blasting to your tool bag.
I love videos like this. Fun, informative and sooooooo free of BS. Well done and thanks
I'm about to get into detailing, I'm so excited!!
I'd get 300 for a full detail on that truck. That $600 payday is nice!
The customer was thrilled đđœ
@@DetailGroove that's all that matters
When you are washing their vehicle are you accessing their water? Or do you have a tank that you bring with you of some kind?
I think he said in an old video that he used their water.
@@Andr3wLopez Thanks
Use google voice for a free business phone number. You still use your personal phone, itâs free, and your personal number is separate from your business number. You can set it up to notify you whether someone is calling your personal number or business number.
yes, same here!
Do you like the scrub pad and mitt better than that yellow vinyl/leather scrubber you used in other videos?
nice but the only thing in my opinion if this works for you right on but 300 for a wash and wax like gawd dawg the only time i would charge that much is if the car was really dirty and if was a full detail the whole 9 yards
I'm using my phone to edit any tips I'm just uploading what I can đ
Thanks to you I'm going more knowledge!
Hell yeah, love this information! Keep up the great work!!
Glad you enjoyedđ€đœ
I actually stop by to check out your tips and techniques for personal use but you business model seems pretty awesome! keep pushin! To bad y'all arent 3 hours west I need to find a good place to do my initial cut and wax on my 2021 in San Antonio!
Can you please clarify what CRM you use? I was unable to make out what you said in the video even with CC on. Thanks in advance!

I have a question..what kind of permit do you need to do detailing on your state?
Worry about that when the time comes just go detail
Iâm new to detailing. Do you provide your own water and power when using your tools and equipment?
I used customers water and power for 7 years. We carry our own water and power now
"Cute little brush doing circular motions". đ€Ł I agree, a microfiber pad or rag, does it better without harm, I do tend to prefer to clean brushes over MF rags but when you have lots of them and wash them together, no big deal.
With $600 you can buy a bissell extractor, a vacuum, a pressure washer, and still have money left, I mean
Now, what about the 10+ hours he'll spend doing it all himself? He also has to spend time learning how to do it. Then after he's done, what is he going to do with the $400 worth of stuff he bought? They hire us because they'd rather buy premium rates for a very professionals to get in done in a timely manner. They value their time
@@DetailGroove i do acknowledge thereâs people who canât do this themselves, not because they donât know but because itâs time consuming. But I rather spend more time than more money, thatâs just me
Do you think this would be a good business for a state that gets a lot of rain?
Yes
Arenât there some parts in the engine bay area that shouldnât be wet?
Sweet video man but we need them b4 n after shots like at the last min of the video
I can when I will, but documenting and showing before and afters are not the primary focus
I love the speed you work with but its definitly more quantity as quality
Subd, Great video you guys deserve way more subs!! Iâve been detailing for 22 years now and been in business the last 6, Good info here you guys got a good thing going!
What is Lex using thatâs making that loud noise? Iâve always wanted to know what that is! Thanks!
What part of the video?
i believe you are referring to my Vortex Air Tool. Itâs basically the tornador without the solution canister. Itâs $30 on Amazon, i highly recommend it.
Honestly the people complaining about price wouldn't have a successful detailing business. Working themselves to death, not making the money they think they will make after all the expenses paid, license, insurance, gas and products etc. Don't little yourself, know your worth
Can we get some links and explanations of what chemicals you use for engine bays, leather, etc even though you don't get too wrapped up in that I am sure you have your go to chems. Thank you!
all that not to see the finish product lol lol
Gotta gooooo
Great videos bro. Straight up and no bullshit, thanks
What you sprayed on the engine compartment, is that your own version of Dazzle? Do you use Dazzle at all on your interiors?
I thought you were getting electrocuted at 10:08 đ
What are you spraying on the door panel's in the black bottle I have the same truck just wondering what you are using
Super Clean diluted 10:1
@@DetailGroove ok thanks
You know yourself you overcharged for that work lol it didnât need a clay treatment let alone carpet extraction lol
How do you know it didn't need a clay treatment?
So its ok to get the alternator wet as long as you blow it off?
We put towels over it
I truly wish people paid that much for detailing in my area lol
There's people in MY area that say the exact same thing. So that means there's people in your area charging way more
@@DetailGroove Care to DM me I got a few questions id love to ask you from another detailers prospective and look on things!
You are literally my mentor right now bro đđŻkeep up the vids and I want you to skyrocket
Question for anybody who can help..I bought my truck new from the dealer and had these white marks like some sort of left over cleaner.... I cleaned it with apc, and it seemed to take care of it but now the same marks keep reappearing... any advice?
Where are you located? Iâm in Sacramento California, looking for a detail.
Who da hell got $600 for a Car Wash? I'm here in NC and the people would never pay this amount. Every Retired Army guy cuts grass or details cars for $30
lol im in NC and the most I can charge is 250$. Anything more and Iâm getting 1 customer a month
My dawg!
đ
The beat on this video is dope
It's about finding the right customers. End of lease, people selling cars and just the filthy rich then you can charge this amount I guess
Iâm not sure I understand your comments
Well finding people who need to take their cars back to the dealer after the lease has ended are far more likely to pay these kinds of prices. If you make a web page specifically targeting these people (the keywords are there) then it's an easy sale
Love your videos matey your a funny guy
Alright itâs just not me that vaccums it for a minute! Iâm tryna get a better routine in how I set up start & finish
I love this videos
Do you have a video on window cleaning? Thats a big issue for me!
I need to make an updated video
@@DetailGroove cool i.ll be looking forward to it. Thanks
Thanks brother. Valuable content!
What do you recommend for cleaning cloth seats not leather with stains or just dirty seats
What do use for clay lubricant?
Pretty sure ONR
Love it! Great advice. I only have a company number because I got it cheap
What do you use or recommend for interior cleaning ? I used some interior cleaners from my auto parts store and it sort of stained the black interior
I donât know man this prices is iffy youâre at his location setting up but yet you have to wait for confirmation right there ! So basically youâre on the mercy of him 100% and if he changes his mind youâre taking a major loss including all that time you waisted just being there . Sorry bro it bashing I donât run my business this way I never give the customer the chance to have me at their mercy .
Thatâs what I was thinking as I was watching the video too
Hmm, it's nothing like that at all. They have confirmed that the price range, whatever price range we already gave, is okay. When we get there, we inspect the vehicle and confirm the final price. In the last 300 customers I've serviced, I've never had anyone not go through with it. No problem whatsoever ever
Man thatâs a good camera
I'm new to your channel so forgive me if you already put this info out. What what brand vacuum and blower were you guys using for the interior? Also what crm software were you using I I catch the name when you said it with your accent?
What is your thought on clay pad that fits over your da polisher?
I'm not a fan. Always have to keep it flat, well lubricated, and can't get to anything other than flat panels
What products are best for disinfecting Interiors
what do you use to book appoints and manage money for the business. My biggest down fall has always been booking and figuring out my tax situation
Do you toss the clay mitt after one use or can you use it again?
You can reuse it
what kind of pressure washer do u use? looks compact
What kind of blower are you using?? Iâve been looking into buying one?
What camera are you using to record, iPhone?
Sony a7iii
For the wax part of the job, what the longevity you offer for let's say this 300 job? Or if it's gone in a week or two that's the costumer problem?
Just watched your video. Thanks đđ
What exactly makes the wash and wax $300???
What mitt are you using on the leather, where could I find one?
Links in description!
@@DetailGroove I clicked on the link but it takes me to only the ninja scrub pad not the big mitt
What do you mean by endcap the floormats? Am I hearing that right?
Damn dude I buff polish and wax boats for around what u quoted that truck for I'm jealous not gonna lie lol great work man keep it up!
Only liquid wax? No polishing?
Correct, no polishing
@@DetailGroove Thanks for replying
Is it legal in your city to do exterior washes with soap?
What area is this?and how do you price that not tryna talk down but seems kinda pricey but I know area matters alot
Como aplicaste el wax con la maquina o a mano ..Por el precio que cobraste ??
