"Chessie Loco Shops" - The Evolution of Model Railroading in my Life

- Chapter Seven of the series shows the progress on the Chessie System locomotive shops and the surrounding area. The work was done during roughly the same time period as "Appalachian Paper Products" (last chapter). This is simply a photo montage as the scenery progressed. Once again I present this without narration. I would really appreciate any questions or comments on what you see!

What a transformation of that area from November to April!
That was unusual for me, but once I got started i was encouraged by the results and had more motivation. Besides it was winter and I was happy to fire up the wood stove in the basement on the weekends!

Thank you. That's not a bad kit, but my mistake on the first one I had was not painting it. Having patience was not my way! I will say now that I did it again, that even some interior painting is recommended if you are going to opt for open doors.
