A correction from us - Serena Williams vs Sabine Lisicki was in 2013, not 2009.

Oh, that's grave mistake 😵
Fodase?

“That’s a way to win a point!?” Always gets me. 🤣🤣🤣
@@nathanielremaly7369 she mi8 have known that, but the frustration of losing the point might have caused her to ask against that.
Ostapenko's serve is so bad that it's good... sometimes. :D
I don't get it, why is she not supposed to serve it there ?
Subquotidian wait how did she win it
@@daisydupe8971 hitting the opponent is your point in a few different racquet/paddle sports. Because it hit her before hitting the court it was the servers point.
The prettiest of them all - Ana Ivanovic ❤️
Ever heard of Anna Kournikova?
@@ilovecaulk2542 I like Ana better.
Ana vs Anna
Woźniacka?
Simps
Those last two womens doubles points with the no look volleys were incredible.
The fact that Ostapenko didn’t apologise and was laughing about it with her partner makes me think she did it on purpose.
no i dont think so, she has a strange way to serve and sometimes (even in single) in goes 1 m away in the other square (where cornet is standing) lol
She may haven’t done it willingly.... but I don't see any other reason for laughing there at that moment...😅
Definition for “bitchy”.😃
No she is just bad
@@arghyadipsen2429 the moment was actually laughable.
0:46 "Who else thought for a second it was Tsitsipas?!?!?"
I saw the resemblance
Me me me
Ana for the end ❤️
3:23 is one in a million!
Man Michael Chang, I miss a player like him.
That little V6 engine he was hiding, constantly running after every ball
Michael Chang was unique. Maybe he was not a big star, but he was always a contender.
He is a « disguised V12 ». He only looks like a V6.
Remember the Game vs Lendl, when he had cramps and almost couldn't run. And won...
I came here because of Ivanovic

The thumbnail was referring to Ivanovic winning her 2nd round the following year after saving a match point with a dead net cord.
Ikr. And they didn't even put it in the highlight!
yep
Great use of Ana Ivanovic as clickbait!! (it obviously worked)
But she's there
she was featured
2:28 waiting for the replay of the shot but only getting replays of their reactions? Great thanks
Lol
We miss Ivanovic ❤️
Btw, her kissing net is from 2008 when she played Deshy and saved two match points.
@@heavyblue4985 2007
@@casperhuynh2062 2008
What happened to her?
@@egewerner8225 she retired
The shot from Ostapenko wasn’t lucky. It was unsportsmanlike and on purpose. She didn’t even say sorry.
Yep
James Blake vs Juan Carlos Ferrero is the most funniest point....
The chair umpire's reaction if ultimate....
🤣🤣🤣
The chair umpire is actually wrong here though. The ball passed under the net cord, through the gap where there *should have been* net. According to the rules, that means it’s Ferrero‘s point. Strange but true
@@joec2221 right
Ana Ivanovic is so beautiful ❤️❤️
My God! That shows how close to the net Roger plays🔥
Lovely to hear the late David Mercer in the commentary box, sad he didn't get a chance to work on one last Wimbledon this year.
JoLa's no-look, behind-the-back winner is my all-time favorite. Of course, I was a big fan of hers so I'm somewhat biased.
Goran Ivanisevic's passing shot on his knees against Henman in the semis 2001 also comes to mind.
I love that tennis professionals don't know that they can win points by hitting their opponents 😂
I think I would serve one at them to even up the score.
They should know, at least when that happens in rallies, maybe shocked because it came off a serve
But she was serving tot the other person and his the the one on the right. That does not make any sense
well, it didn't land on the opposite service box, so i thought it was a fault as well
@@aaron.rodriguez4713 Rule is just opposite. Ball should not land outside service box. And a player can play even before the ball touch the ground.
Imagine that 11 hour match between isner and Mahut having such an end🤣
That would be the most heartbreaking thing in existence
The point in 3:29 isn't just lucky, she shawed supernatural skills:)
0:47 that's Stefanos Tsitsipas
Very well ,plays amazing.
3:05 Goran still won the match 9-7 in the 5th but lost in the next round against Todd Martin.
2009 was a good year
Wimbledon is a magic place where magic things happen 😉😉😉
Been hooked by the face Ana Ivanovic... I missed her match in this new era
2:03 very nice Trick for a Point
It’s easier to actually win the point the usual way. The receiver was very naive in my opinion. The rule is absolutely known. :)
What's the rule....I don't get it
@@christen1717 The serve can only be counted as out if the ball actually touches the grass. And since the ball was accidentally volleyed, we can never know if the ball would have gone out or in... What's more, volleying a serve is not allowed, so even if the volley would have gone in, the point would be lost.
I don't know the rule if the person was hit first, not the racket. Will it be the same then? Anyone?
@@thomasvanbarneveld486 Hitting the racquet or the person counts as in no matter whether its serve or what ever other scenario there is.
@@ivanpinonpollich4817 So why don't more players try this?
Ana 💙
Great one
when I see Ana Ivanovic on the thumbnail I click
I like how both Blake, Ferrero and the umpire all understood the situation and the rules and laughed and moved on. Something that some #nextgen players need to learn.
02:29 Serena reaction 😂❤
If there were no more obvious reasons to love and respect Sabine Lisicki, just her gracious accept of misfortune would be reason enough. :)
0:40フェレーロがちゃんとステップしてるとこ好き
My goodness!!! Goran Ivanisevich was a dish!!! 😱
1:40 Amazing and hilarious.
Chang Vs Mayotte was legendary.
I love Juan Carlos Ferrero reaction and the umpire who can't hold his laughter .
The chair umpire is actually wrong here though. The ball passed under the net cord, through the gap where there *should have been* net. According to the rules, that means it’s Ferrero‘s point. Strange but true
missed ana ivanovic's 2008 second round match point vs dechy

Djokovic v Murray in THAT game in 2013.
*I love the spirit of them even things not favoure for them*
Tennis & Cricket
both sport players are humble
I love thumbnail ❤️❤️❤️.
RIP David Mercer the best commentator. His voice was on a few of these points
This isn't luck, it's pure skill
good one!
2:02 tennis doubles game will become dodge ball game.
Both doubles points are👍
We support Table Tennis .. Cheers
It's funny that the ones who got lucky just felt so sorry like they committed a crime or something 😂
It’s not luck, it’s pure skill
1991 was awesome 👍😁😁lol
Amazing 👏🙀RF
These shots are so ridiculous
3:07 sounds like the guy from come dine with me 😂😭
Yupp me too for ivanovic
I thought maybe Blake's one is invalid because it goes in the spot where the net is coming away from the pole? On courts I've played on if there's a gap between the post and net they call it invalid, but I'm not sure here.
3:45 this one is crazy !
The Last lady is so beautiful
Sabineee❤️❤️❤️
I wish this video lasted at least 1 week
The facial impressions shown it was a given.
0:43 Ayo? Martin Braithwaite plays Tennis too? Undisputed Goat
I wish I was that net.
My favourite is ivanesevic second serve ace facing match point...i was his fan and watched this in absolute horror...at the end ivanesevic won the match...
Should have had the Ivanovic V Dechy match in 2008 3R where Ivanovic got a netcord on match point down (and came back to win)
2:20 this is defenetly not fair. No excuses
Life’s not fair
Ostapenko’s serve made it to this reel 🤣🤣
Fed is crazy ))
Роджер умеет отличиться)))
"I don't think I've ever seen that"
Me with no net skills:
Screen shot of Ana Ivanovic kissing the net is beautiful because she is beautiful inside and out, volim te pozdrav iz Zagreba
3:28 that's just talent
It’s 100% luck
@@user-xl7ge1tc3y not 100%
"It's exactly the point. Since the ball is touching the line, it's his point."
He definitely sounds American, but it doesn't seem like English lol
These are called tactical drops in Badminton :p
Who else thought they would show Ivanovic vs Dechy '08 matchpoint saved by the net cord? I mean, it looks like they used Ana's pic from 08 for the thumbnail.
Yeah. Me too!!
The Ivanisevic serve and the shot after have no place here.
Three netrollers in a row, holy meow! =D
Ivanovic 👑❤️
04:08 Kyle Edmund was watching this match...
I´ve forgotten how gorgeous Ana Ivanovic Is, astonishing!
I am ready to believe that Federer was hitting there on purpose
at 3:15 C 3po is ecstatic.
Look at Ivanovic man, so inspirational
What happened at 2:15? She served to the wrong box but the server got the point?
The ball didn't land so...
the prettiest of them all is obviously Ms. Serena Williams
0:57 watch at 0,25 Speed
The ball didn’t go over the net!
It doesnt have to. As long as it falls in the opponent's side of the court, it's good. We sometimes see balls going round the net, clearly lower that the net, and still being good :)
@@louisjamin7195 Doesn't necessarily have to go over, but it cannot go through the net and count as a good return. Under Rule 25: "It is a good return if: a. The ball touches the net, net posts/singles sticks, cord or metal cable, strap or band, provided that it passes over any of them and hits the ground within the correct court"
0:57 This is the comment I was looking for. Ball clearly goes through the net. If it goes around the post net height is irrelevant as there's no point of reference. But this shot didn't go around the post, it just went through the net lol.
@@1987LOZ1987 It touches the net posts, so it's still good according to the rule :)
IVANOVIC ❤️❤️
Ferrero vs Blake, the point was for Ferrero because the ball passed between the post and the net.
Best point for me at 3:29. Who was that player?
Luck favours the "Brave"
0:51 James Blake magically teleported to the umpire chair
?
3:58 that's Judo equivalent of tennis.
the 2nd shot....the post is out of bounds...in my eyes it was out....but....
the biggest issue with green court is ball is not visible ,Instead of changing pitch ,change the colour of the ball
Not luckiest but the cheekiest, yes.
