Seems like every province of Norway voting in finals like how, many countries read out their votes in ESC finals
North, South, East, West and middle all vote in sections and it's who ever gets the most votes altogether that wins.

One vote, one point. They are announced by regions in Norway. Sør is south, midt is middle, Nord is north, vest is west and øst is East
