It is irresponsible to say turning off traction control makes driving your car more fun. It makes driving your car less safe.

Safety is relative, as is fun.
For many, reducing granny components allows the driver to be more directly in control, thus proving a more engaging and dynamic experience during spirited driving on serene, predictable roads.
