Is the green metallic reflection only on the outside of the window or also the inside? I had impact windows installed a couple months ago with low-e and the green is on the inside of our condo… so at night, when we have lights on in our living room, we can’t even see outside - it’s like a mirror. I’m wondering if the company installed them backwards!
Hey there ! So the mirror look should really be on the outside.. if you see them on the outside and on the inside then that could be a specific manufacturer that has that issue. But overall what could be happening also is the manufacturer or installer but them backwards. I have heard this happen before, but it was because the dealer orders the makeup of the glass with the low e facing the inside
