The fact that I listen to these scary stories to relax, is honestly concerning 😂💀

I just knew he was a perv! Brilliant story! Real monsters are soooo much more terrifying than any fictional ones!

Beautifully told and a tragically horrific story...something different but equally horrible. Thank you for the story.

Very glad the father finally decided to step up and actually be a dad. Could not figure out the mom at all. But Toxic relationships are like that.
Freaking sucks that best friend dud not make it. But over all this was expertly written and red. Very Afred Hitchoc, I loved it.

Any "mother" who treats her child like this doesn't deserve the privilege of the title of mother. I know it's a fictional story but there are real people who live this and it really hurts my heart. Abuse is awful in any capacity, but it feels like the most evil of violations when it's coming from a mother. I'd rather set myself on fire than cause any kind of pain to my babies. And if I'd do that to me imagine what I'd do to someone else who decides to hurt them

Do you remember where you've heard it before? Because the climax of this story seems really familiar, but I can only find it posted on one other channel, and it's not a video I've watched.

I searched the title of the story from this video and found doctor nosleeps narration of that story and while I will always see the story in my mind as somebody tried to kill me when I was young I must admit that lullabies and November ashes is an excellent and poetic title that's very creative. Dr nosleeps is a good narrator in fact I remember an animated school lockdown story about a kid with earphones/headphones and we follow his story when something unusual starts to happen in the school. @@Corrector1

I think I'm not understanding a big part of the story 🙈 i get that he was lucky he was late for school because Mr Gillet killed the class (and presumably himself too)? And his dad appeeciates him now because he could have lost his son.
But what's was the whole weird thing with his mum? And where did she go??

On the plus side, it looks like his dad will at least be more gentle with him and now that his toxic ass mom is gone, maybe he can have a normal life.

I don't think the names of suspected deseased are ever released so soon without firstly confirming their identities 100% and informing relatives beforehand ... still, why let accurate procedures get in the way of a good story, right 😂

Sometimes it’s hard for me to suspend logistics as well listening to these. Especially when they’re so obvious like that one lol There was a recent story on here where the police bring the suspect to the victim while the victim is in hospital bed to tell them they got the guy. The suspect proceeds to yell at the victim as the police take their sweet time taking him away. Like what?! lol and it was a decent story up until then ignoring other obvious looping holes.

Am I the only one that suspects his mom is the culprit?

It was the teacher. Remember he put the cause of the fire on the kids homework. Plus he slit the other child's throat.

I remember a large part of my primary school burning down when i was a kid (a village in Scotland). They brought in all these temporary hut/cabin type things to be used as classrooms.
