You do realize that the marvel movies are not the actual Canon events of how archangel came to be the way he is correct?

In my mind the original X-men members from Earth 616 are the only original X-men members. I get it, semantics, but pretending that the other versions of certain individuals from other parts of the multiverse are the "originals" is pretty crazy. Similar looks and names does not make two Scott Summers from lets say Earth 61162 and Earth 616 the same person. And one clearly came before the other. The first X-men comics was X-men of the Earth 616 universe and the first X-men members of that universe are the only members that logically can be considered the "original" members.

    Not a bad list.
Although I’m surprised you went the X men apocalypse route for Archangel.
In the comics, after the icon that is Candy Southern left him for being neglectful and leaving her to run his company, he lost the use of his wings and was driven to Suicide due to the actions of his former best friend, the ever jealous Cameron Hodge. Apocalypse found him and made him Death.
When he regained control, he tried to find Candy only to find out that Cameron Hodge had killed her for both finding out intel on Hodge and being Angel’s girlfriend. Yeah, Cameron isn’t the most subtle character. At least she got her revenge in Phalanx covenant as well as one of the most emotional deaths in comics. RIP Candy Southern.
With Beast, whilst Krakoa has been the culmination of his evil deeds, we shouldn’t forget the time in the Bendis run were he took the teen original 5 X men to try and have the moral highground on Scott. Not only were the kids stuck, but the Watcher personally visited Beast to condemn him for causing so many timelines to be erased.
And I’m not even getting into how he treats women like Threnody.
With Xavier, a later Chris Claremont retcon makes things worse with him. In this, Tessa from the Hellfire club is revealed to be an undercover mutant called Sage. A teen girl who saved Xavier from bandits after he became paralysed in the Hindu Kush.
He smuggled her into the US and kept her in the basement where the original 5 were unaware of her existence and told her that, whilst he raised the X men to be heroic, he was going to train her to betray.
And, hopefully when she was 18, he had her infiltrate the Hellfire club for years. Where part of the job included sleeping with known abusive man Sebastian Shaw (the Lourdes Chantal of it all) to keep on his good side.
So, if you want to be blunt, Xavier smuggled an Iranian teenage girl into the country to be effectively sex trafficked.
And we’re not even getting into the mess that is Deadly Genesis.
And, as for him being unable to find Legion, Blindfold put it best: it was less that he couldn’t find him and more about not wanting to.

What’s with beast treating women like what?! @christoperbennett5858

      Explain!

@@rubycomplex1767 Well, Threnody was a black woman who had the mutant ability to hear those dying and gain energy from it. She was especially attuned to those dying of Legacy virus.
Beast, without Threnody’s consent due to her mental health, essentially sold her to Mr Sinister in exchange for research notes. So, whilst Beast and Moira could do the “ethical” research, it was because Sinister was using Threnody to do the unethical stuff.
The next time the X men and Beast crossed paths with Sinister, Threnody was better but, when offered to come with them, she mentioned how she was, in Hank’s words, a “Headcase” and said that, unlike the X men, she knows where she stood with Sinister and essentially chose to stay there.
Then there was that time that he tried to bang this feline mutant. Not because she was a nice person but because he thought misery was good company. That was until Jean told him that that wasn’t a human mutated into a cat. Rather, she was a cat mutated to be more humanoid. He can be pretty shallow.
Although his worst relationship is probably with Abigail Brand; director of Sword that will make the situation fit her narrative. One time, she straight up told him she found him attractive and it reminded her of her father. When her brother turned up, he was essentially Green Beast. But none of those were considered red flags because Beast is kind of an assimilationist.

@@christopherbennett5858 I feel like in the more modern times, and even in the past, they’ve shown the x-men to disregard morals in order to accomplish the major wishes of Xavier. Something, for the most part, they all believe in. Beast is just the one you wouldn’t see coming. Especially after seeing the horrors of so many of his alternate versions.
Compared to the many darker paths some of the x-men have gone, beast is by far the most subtle one. No explosions, no huge fight scene, and no comic level stuff. It’s just a man that silently snapped, making it all the more interesting and dangerous

@@rubycomplex1767 Honestly, after seeing New X men when Sublime took him over caused the end of the world? I’m not surprised.
I feel like, out of the original 5, Beast and Jean are the two students who display the extent of Xavier’s teachings.
For Jean, it would be morals. The phrase “Sanctimonious Bully” comes to mind. She may believe that she’s a good person. However, depending on whether you believe that she was dark phoenix or not, casually changing the minds of people like Kate Pryde’s parents was done on a whim. Meanwhile, Terra Verde perished because of Hank’s decisions and the worst he got was her giving him a stern talking to instead of a trial by the Quiet Council. Jean wouldn’t turn a friend in. Even when the subject comes to genocide.
Hank, meanwhile, is the ultimate assimilationist. He does what he believes is the right thing. But more in the vein of “would this be the way a correct person would do it?” He reminds me a lot of other scientists in Marvel when they thought they were in the right.
Made the Illuminati even more of a comedic book because it was about these “geniuses” without the people who would restrain their worst impulses

I find it funny that it's all comic villain modes except for Archangel. Lol! He was still turned into a villain by Apocalypse in the comics. But was done so by being turbed into his horseman if Death.

You used Warren Worthington 3 from the movies 🤔
We currently have Hank McCoy as former hero turned into villain or we have another?

It would be good if Marvel would use the blast from Thanos’ use of the stones as a reason why some people become mutants. Even those who were born since the snap. They would be teenagers now which is perfect for times for mutants to gain their powers.

I mean you could just reference Age Of Apocalypse given that two of the original X Men became villains in that series with Cyclops in this timeline without Professor X being alive became a prelate of Apocalypse after being adopted by Mr Sinister.
Hank McCoy became a mad geneticist of Apocalypse and was responsible for some of the most heinous experiments when he even experimented on the Power Pack.
In the main Earth 616 timeline we had Professor X of course after absorbing the evil inside of Magneto that blended over wirh his frustrations which gave birth to the Onslaught entity.
Warren Worthington III aka Angel became a villain after losing his wings and after almost being killed by his enemy was saved by Apocalypse and transformed him into his Horsemen Of Death Apocalypse.
Jean Grey of course was replaced by the Phoenix Force in the main universe and after being manipulated by the supervillain Mastermind gave in to her dark impulses and transformed into the Dark Phoenix.

It’s a natural development for a character that always believes in the vision Charles believed in. But unlike Charles and more like magneto, he had more reasons to disregard that whole dream. Hence the way we see him now
