KATAJANOKKA ja KRUUNUNHAKA. Helsingin vanhat kaupunginosien alueet upeilla ilma videoilla.
Nousemme ilmaan aikaisin aamulla. Ilma oli syksyinen viileä puolipilvinen. Lähdemme Katajanokan kärkeen kohti upeaa jäänmurtaja laivastoa. Lennämme laivojen yli ja jatkamme Kanavarannan suuntaan Kauppatoria kohti.
Kauniit persoonalliset vanhat kivitalot sisä pihoineen ja upeine katto rakenteineen. Eteen aukeaa majesteettinen Uspenskin Katedraali, jonka ympärillä pyörimme, Helsingin upean maiseman vaihtuessa taustalla. Taustalla näet mm. Helsingin Tuomiokirkon, Kauppatorin, Pohjoisrannan sekä Kalasataman tornitalot sekä Sompasaaren uuden nousevan asuinalueen.
Lento jatkuu Upean Tervasaaren ympärillä, jossa pieni uimaranta sekä koirapuistot. Pohjoisrannan edustan huvivene satama ei jätä ketään kylmäksi. Upeat vanhat purjelaivat lepäävät omalla paikallaan Halkolaiturissa,
ja pukevat osaltaan historiallista Pohjoisrannan näkymää. Näet myös purjehdukselle lähtevän vanhan puu purjelaivan. Lennämme Katajanokan yli, josta aukeaa upea näkymä Etelä-satamaan, jossa Silja-Line ja Viking-Line matkustajalaivojen terminaalit. Risteilyt tehdään Ruotsiin ja Tallinnaan.

✅ KATAJANOKKA (ruots. Skatudden) on kaupunginosa Helsingin kantakaupungin itärannalla. Se oli alkujaan niemi, mutta nykyisin sen erottaa mantereesta Katajanokan kanava. Kanavan yli johtaa neljä siltaa, joiden mantereen puoleiset päät ovat Kauppatorin ja Aleksanterinkadun itäpään välisellä alueella. Katajanokalla sijaitsevat muun muassa entinen vankila ”Nokka” (Hotel Katajanokka), Uspenskin katedraali, Katajanokan Kasino, Wanha Satama, Stora Enson pääkonttori, Suomen ulkoministeriö, sekä Viking Linen terminaali. Katajanokalle pääsee raitiovaunuilla 4 ja 5.
✅ KRUUNUNHAKA (ruots. Kronohagen, lempinimeltään usein ”Krunika”, ”Krunikka” tai ”Kruna”) on kaupunginosa Helsingin keskustassa ja samalla Vironniemen peruspiirin osa-alue. Asukkaita siellä on noin 7 200 (1.1.2014) ja työpaikkoja 7 100 (31.12.2012). Kruununhaan rajana on lännessä Unioninkatu ja etelässä Kauppatorin reunaa pitkin kulkeva Pohjoisesplanadin osa, muilla suunnilla sitä rajoittavat vesialueet.
Kruununhaan nimi tulee nykyisen Rauhankadun seutuvilla aikoinaan sijainneesta kruunun tykistön hevosten laidunmaasta. Se oli vielä 1700-luvun alussa hieman varsinaisen kaupunkialueen ulkopuolella, mutta nykyisin Kruununhakaan luetaan kuuluvaksi myös melkein koko Helsingin senaikainen kaupunkialue
Keskeinen osa Kruununhaassa on empiretyylillä rakennettu Senaatintorin ympäristö sekä Pohjois-Esplanadin ja Aleksanterinkadun välinen alue. Kruununhaka on arvokkaiden instituutioiden kaupunginosa; siellä sijaitsevat muun muassa tuomiokirkko, Presidentinlinna, Valtioneuvoston linna, raatihuone, kaupungintalo, Suomen Pankki, Säätytalo, Ritarihuone, Tieteiden talo, useita maineikkaita asianajotoimistoja ja Helsingin yliopiston keskustakampuksen rakennuksia. Suomen tunnetuimpiin lukioihin kuuluva Sibelius-lukio sijaitsee Liisankadulla. Kruununhaan itäistä rantaa kutsutaan Pohjoisrannaksi. Pohjoisrannassa on muun muassa Pohjoissatama-niminen venelaituri sekä lyhyt pengeryhteys Tervasaaren ulkoilualueelle. (Lähde Wikipedia)

HELSINKI KATAJANOKKA - KRUUNUNHAKA 🚁 Helsinki's old neighborhoods with wonderful aerial videos.
We take off early in the morning. The weather was autumnally cool and partly cloudy. We leave for the tip of Katajanokka towards the magnificent icebreaker fleet. We fly over the ships and continue in the direction of Kanavaranta towards Kauppatori.
Beautiful, personal old stone houses with courtyards and wonderful roof structures. The majestic Uspenski Cathedral opens in front of us, around which we circle, with Helsinki's wonderful landscape changing in the background. In the background, you can see e.g. The tower blocks of Helsinki Cathedral, Kauppatori, Pohjoisranta, and Kalasatama.
The flight continues around the beautiful Tervasaari, where there is a small beach and dog park.
The yacht harbor in front of Pohjoisranta leaves no one cold.
Magnificent old sailing ships are resting in their place at Halkolaituri, and they contribute to the historical view of Pohjoisranta. You can also see an old wooden sailing ship setting sail.
We fly over Katajanokka, which opens up a wonderful view of the Southern Harbor, where the Silja-Line and Viking-Line passenger ship terminals are located.
