How's the prostrate cancer rate in the Blue Zones, where men drink wine every day and live on average past 80 yo and some well into their 90s? How's the cancer rate, period, in those Zones? I'm asking as someone who doesn't drink at all, but interested in truth and statistical integrity.

If it's affecting your sleep, it's time to stop. Solid, deep sleep is MUCH MORE beneficial than any supposed benefit that wine may provide.

I usually drink 2 glasses of extra dry red wine with supper 5-6 times a week. My only issue is that it seems to affect my sleep quality.
