As a nurse I’ve been doing a lot of research. You have to sleep. Once you begin to sleep/rest your body will start repairing itself in the rest phase. Most of us aren’t fat, we have a inflammation thru out the body. Look for things that reduce inflammation. Drink, eat, and take supplement that decrease inflammation. Gluten inflames the gut, pain inflames the joints. Everywhere you see fat in the body it could be inflammation.
Knk I don't know if you would like this, but I had got a trampoline indoors and I bounce by music, watch TV and it really helps you burn more and its very light weight, but trust me, you get that heart rate to the roof 😆 but it's easy, fun but effective 100.
Keep at it you will see results. I eat out all the time and hate sweating🥹I bought a treadmill and make myself do 30mins a day, drink green tea before you exercise to give you more energy 🫶🏾

Look into intermittent fasting. I dropped weight and kept it off.

You can get a riding bike and sit in front of your favorite show on television or do work on your phone and ride it and you’re losing weight💁🏾
