For the desk maybe a coffee bar or hot cocoa bar when it gets colder. The government stopped the electricity program due to how the houses are wired.

I just saw your video for the first time not sure if you did anything with that desk yet but if not do crafts with your son there do buckets with crayons and markers and you can paint there also

We just let housing know we would be painting! We just have to paint it back when we leave 😊 which has been pretty much the same rule every base we’ve lived so far!

*Has a less is more surrounded by a lot more* and honestly, that's never been more accurate for military life. I really am wishing with the weight limit so low for a family of five didn't exist. I have five totes of uniforms I need to donate from myself, let alone my husband's.
Hey love your home. Quick question, my husband and I are in our early 30s and we are planning on him joining the navy. For all military base housing it says 2 pets only but we have 2 cats and a small dog. Is this something that’s flexible or is it because you’ve maybe been in for a while? Any tips and help would be so appreciated

Did the contact paper and removable wallpaper come off easily when you moved out?
Yes! Just used a blow dryer to heat it up as I took it off and it peeled off no problem!
Can you tag the subway tile wallpaper and the contact paper for the counters

Love what you did with the space! How did you get approved for having more than 2 pets on base? My husband is re-enlisting from the Reserves to active duty and we're looking at living on base but we have a dog and 2 cats and were told only 2 pets are allowed on base.
It depends on each base but here we are allowed to have three!

Yes we literally had to change out almost all of our bulbs because it was like candle light in each room literally 😩😂

I have no idea what floor plan we are! We are a one story house in Madison park though :)!
And we aren’t always lucky haha our first PCS from Hawaii we had over half our things destroyed because of mold 😂
