Beautiful show 👏 that coconut water is Delicious specially if you are thirsty we are from Puerto Rico an Island in the Caribbean here's a recipe my grandmother use to make all the time and I want to share with you I love your show ,with the leftover coconuts flakes when you took the milk out don't throw them out those are the coconut flakes she cook on a cast iron pot add a little water put a big piece of ginger ,sugar, cinnamon stick, whole cloves not too many cloves too strong ,cover it and if you have extra coconut milk even better and with a wooden spoon stir from time to time until thickens like a paste we eat plain or dry like a nougat also with crackers ,bread enjoy it
I'm from Samoa and we have similar ways of preparing dishes with coconut milk. I really love your menu, looks absolutely delicious. I also enjoy how the dude climbed up the coconut tree, we didn't have those back on the Islands. Either a rope, hibiscus tree bark or your own t-shirt.🤙

我喝椰子水喜欢选嫩椰子,先把椰子水倒在杯子里然后把椰嫩肉用勺子把果肉挖出来和椰水放在一起用杯蓋蓋好放在冰箱里冷冻几个小时才拿出来喝,椰子水和嫩果肉一起吃味道濃郁又香甜嫩果肉吃起来嫩嫩滑滑非常好吃😋

In my birth country, (Jamaica) we use the older coconut to cook with the meat is firmer the ones you used we call jelly coconut, those are the ones the tourists can buy on the street 😋

请问视频里出现的椰树是在海南岛拍摄的吗？野小妹煮的砂锅椰子饭，有点像我这里的国民美食nasi lemak (椰浆饭），我们煮这道饭时，会加入一些香兰叶(pandan leave), 生姜和少许的盐来调味。我看过和吃过的椰子鸡，是用椰水来煮的，你是用椰浆，很特别。

Ah I see. I always have problems to completely open coconuts, I think the cutting-board I use is not thick enough. Also interesting is the tool you use to scrape out the flesh. In Germany we cook short grain rice with milk... to create a sweet dessert "Milk-rice"... but I definitely will try out to use coconut-milk. I love coconut taste.

Must be very tiring to carry 6 or 7 coconuts and walk a kilometer. Is the coconut plantation on Hainan Island? Rice cooked with coconut milk is definitely very aromatic with a really mouth-watering taste. Need double serving of rice.
