Recipe:
Marinade Recipe grilled Fish
---------------------------------------------------------------
1 kg fish
3 tsp spoon chilli powder
1 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp turmeric powder,
big piece ginger
15 garlic cloves
12 shallots
salt
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 Tablespoon oil .
lemon slices
Marinate fish with above masala
and let it rest for minimum 1 hour
Procedure:
Pre-heat oven at 200 deg celcius
Use grill mode ( or top & bottom in OTG)
total time 35 to 40 minutes depending on thickness of fish
