- Since I was in Romania to quiz people on geography, I thought I could use the opportunity and ask the inhabitants what they think about the Andrew Tate situation. Here's what they think.
I believe it's important to be able to experiment with one's channel every now and then, and since I was in Romania about a month ago I just didn't want to let the opportunity slide to interview people who live in the same country as Andrew Tate. Don't worry, I'm not turning into a political/controversial channel. I just think that it's refreshing to not upload the same content all the time. Hope you liked the video!

I would've liked to see some diversity and more people, most of these were Andrew Tate's target demographic a.k.a impressionable young men/early teens. Romanian here. In Romania the newer generation doesn't believe at all in the news and all that stuff, so that's a plus, but they do tend to follow online personalities pretty easily.

Have you even listened to the things the people said? If they mentioned whether the information is true or not, they said the news say what they want and don't present any evidence, if there would be any, it would be out there
@@Mnl9187 my point is that at least in the past, he preferred *specifically Romania* to conduct his illicit activities because apparently the country has more lenient laws regarding rape, corruption, human-trafficking, etc. But now he is in legal hot-water and his house-arrest/detention has been extended multiple times over the past couple of months. Which means that T likely overestimated his ability to be able to get away with whatever presumable crimes he has committed because he thought that since Romania's laws have many holes, he can also exploit that lack of proper legislature for his own benefit.
You cannot say that what _all_ of what media has said is false.
maybe there are some biases, some language altered to skew public perception, some small things they dont report on, some things they literally make up, etc, but the undeniable fact is that he _has_ committed wrongdoings. whether it be one or 10,000 counts. he _has_ committed crime. otherwise he would not be in detention, he would not have been arrested. he would not have lawyers and attorneys speaking for him.

@@dbuc4671 You clearly don’t know how the legal system works. He was arrested for *suspicion* of a possible crime, and has not been charged with any crimes yet. It has not been proven that he has committed a single crime. That’s why he still hasn’t been charged despite a 14 month investigation and why he was released from jail.
If someone falsely accuses you of rape or murder, you will be detained (in Romania, for up to 180 days), that doesn’t mean you are guilty.
He also said Romania has better laws to prevent false rape claims made without evidence decades in the future. He thinks genuine rapists, when there is evidence, should be given the death penalty.

Everybody knows that a lot of young boys go through an edgy victimizing phase. Unfortunately some never outgrow that phase… But these boys still have hope. Ultimately it is the role of their parents and teachers to guide them back to righteous society.
I do prefer that young people are influenced by a man that is saying that they should move their ass up than people saying that they may feel like Airbus A380 or that they might be in the wrong body

1. you should research the alt right pipeline. It's quite interesting to find out how youth are essentially groomed into this mold of misogynist transphobe anti-immigrant racist economically right shitheads, and it just keeps on happening because most politicians jusg don't care or it favors them.
2. It's about empowerment. A lot of kids are brought up in a culture where they're essentially powerless but fairly privileged. They aren't allowed to actually partake in society, and they're told their interests are dumb, and that they're lazy. An older figure who seems to have power, but is looked down on by others reminds them of themselves while also being what they want to attain.
He then tells them to do it you have to be an asshole, this fits into the social skillset they've learned so far, it's attainable.

Pretty interesting that some people have a really nuanced view of him and others just go: "He's my idol" or "He's bad". Even though I dislike Andrew Tate and his views, I am pretty happy that a lot of people also try to find different sources. But to be honest, I don't think those sources are 100% non-biased.

I think the way he ran his cam business qualifies as sex trafficking under Romanian law, and is also super sleezy. He's probably going to be charged with something when the evidence is presented. Assuming everything he said regarding his business on camera was true and not posturing, guilty 100%.

I wonder whats your take of the situation, I actually covered toxic masculinity on my page (Elliott Rodger and Andrew Tate are the main focus). It's interesting to see the polarizing view of this particular person.
I disagree with a lot of his views, for example when he says that the woman is her husband's property or that it's fine if you cheat because you're a man (unless it's agreed upon by both sides, which would then not be cheating but an open relationship). What I do agree with though is when he says that feminists fight mostly for equality when it benefits them or that toxic masculinity doesn't exist as it's simply toxicity (because toxic femininity exists as well). I view his theories and ideas as sometimes wrong and sometimes correct, but I also believe that he often expresses himself in a quite bad way ("a woman is a man's property" which he then justifies by saying that a man needs to take care of and provide for his wife, which is correct, but that doesn't make her his property) which then leads to people disliking him

I think the results of this interview are not fair and far from the reality. You should have asked boys and men of different ages, more women and girls etc. Check the clip made by Romaniac, there you could see the variety of answers. Still, the vast majority of Romanians don’t like Andrew Tate, boys and men, too, but especially women and girls are strongly against him. The answers of the guys in this clip are far from the majority opinion in Romania.
