Originally born and raised in a big city of 20 million, I went to Memorial Uni for 5 years. Then I moved to NYC.
After many years in NYC, I am convinced... St Johns is a spiritual place, and must be kept away from public eye as much as possible.
    People ruin beautiful things.
Everything about the place...people, city, the environment, the vibe, the family community feeling.... just exudes Beauty

Newfoundland, the real heart and soul of the East Coast. Self-sufficient, hard-working and passionate people.
Unlike the other provinces near them with their egos and transfer payments; This is one of the funnest places in the world to visit

Happy New Year to you as well. Yes, these would be considered salt box houses. Some refer to them as Jelly Bean houses because of the colors as well. The downtown architecture has a lot of beautiful personality.

    • @dsacrey

When I was filming it, it was a little hard to know what it was. I just noticed that all the seagulls were being attracted to it! As you mentioned, I'd say it is likely is a common thing.

Hi Doug. No permit needed - however, depending on the weight of your drone there are different regulations and drone pilot licences required. What kind of drone do you fly?
