sawybar link bolt ment to have that much play?
Also wouldnt just buying a bolt on 35mm RCA fix the spindle being so high up when the car is so low?
Asking as i dont have this problem on my lowwerd jxz100

Nah I have 30mm RCA and it still clunks, apparently the best method is to remove 30mm if you have a 30mm RCA.

Did you lose a bit of front camber by shortening the knuckles 25mm?

Yes, it gained 10-15mm of positive camber. Adjustable upper control arms are a must.
