It's been years, that i haven't been in the Undertale gacha fandom.
Now i am going a little visit back, because of this video, because the quality of helpys videos is always amazing.
Welp, most people do things differently, so that may be one of the reasons why some of these are new.

As a person who doesn't know Undertale, am confused lol
*COUGH COUGH* You see my friend, in the game UNDERTALE there is a character called SANS. He is a well written and important character, but not the main. Although the fanbase really adored him and he is quite popular. That is why he is the one in the video. Once upon a time, there was a comic called "dreemurr reborn" Which was the first ever undertale au. Undertale aus are usually like "undertale but that never happened" "Undertale but that happened" "Undertale but (any other fandom)" "Undertale but they are edgy" "Undertale but a complete different story who has nothing to do with undertale" Etc. These are all fanmade.

As a undertale nerd I can explain some stuffs :D
1,Sans aus, or undetale aus are a sub fandom of undertale based on the different universes of sans the skeleton
2,The main sans au, or atleast most know, are the murder time trio, which is killer,horror, & dust sans, The star sansese , Which is ink, dream, & swap, error sans, & the bad sanses, Which is hte gang of nightmare sans, who is dreams brother, The gang consists of the murder time trio, & cross, sometimes error depending on the au, & rarely some people include fell sans
3,Basic undertale info, The game is based around three paths you can take playing as a small child named frisk, Genocide, True Pacifist, & Neutral, I could explain more but i dont wanna spoil too much
