As someone in the Navy, yeah, the dress blues and whites are clean af, even the ones for E-6 and below, I believe the uniforms shown were chief uniforms, but I do agree that the dress uniforms for Marines are indeed top tier.
As an Air Force vet, I always thought and still believe that the dress blues made us look like bus drivers.
