- Abide With Me - Hymn Tune: EVENTIDE. I play this beautiful and well known Hymn with dignity and use the Chimes. I had the Honor to play it at my Mother's Funeral, it was one of her favorites.

*** Please excuse the bare feet in this video, the Organ I am using is only a Spinet with 13 short stubby Pedals and I have big feet ( size 12 ) and like to play in my bare feet or socks to avoid hitting 2 pedals at once....

I deleted the video and re-uploaded it and it keeps coming up, Google claims this Tune, might have a copyright on it, this hymn has been in Public Domain for many years, my Great-Great Grandmother played it on her Organ.

This hymn helps me sleep at night
I love the voces, and chimes in this...wow, now I'm all teary'eyed...wishing I could have played for my moms funeral...her favorite was "What a friend we have in Jesus"...i play vintage pump organ but am just average, basic student.....so....
but i'm enjoying posting a few of the old hymns....blessings to you!..and I too have big feet....a womans size 11...sasquatch!
I play my church organ with just my socks...i know, is bad habit...need to find some ballarina slippers! LoL
