Have the D2 version which i carried for a couple years but purchased the S35VN model a couple months ago. One of my favorite budget folders of all time. The S35VN version rides in my left pocket daily and I love it.
Not sure how long they’ve been out but the QSP Penguin also comes in CPM 20CV which is their most expensive model at about $180. It also has a bit longer blade at 3.375” as opposed to 3.06” for the other full size models(not counting the Penguin Mini)
@@everymanedc9518 ok no worries, if you need a microtech for a video i have autx85 and an ultratech I could mail you for a video if needed. But i would highly suggest getting the Kizer Lieb off knifecenter right now for $55. It is unreal!!! especially for $50! its my everyday and i cant get over how crisp it is

I know there are higher end steels on these out there but they're not worth it to me.

Glad you found this helpful. It's a decent knife but in my opinion it's gotten a lot more love from the knife community then it deserves.

hey brother can you do microtech utx-85 review?
I'd love to but in my state they are illegal to carry so I'm very limited in my exposure to autos. I don't think I'd do it justice.
