@@restart6358 It really isn't. You just build towards his ultimate (and follow-up) using Insert Salsetto. Getting hit only loses damage on his next Skill usage.

Yanqing would have been decent if his follow up attack isn’t random. It’s so stupid honestly
Imagine if it's like Ratio, have chance to follow-up from skill, but when Soul Steelsync is active, always guaranteed from any of his attack

What stats on boots best for yanqing ? Spd or atk ? Im using atk for now since it has very good substats, but the problem is my yanqing spd is only 110. Is that still good ?

I use Silver wolf instead of Pela so I still have the def shred, and my Ruan Mei has 220% break effect.
But your Yanqing did like 200k in the first ult with Ruan Mei's break effect damage, and the most I can get to is 111k
I have the same crit dmg as you as well as the light cone >_>

Pela E4 provides 12% ice res
@@mimmo828and Silverwolf have 10% all-type res debuff, should be doing better results if you get all of her debuffs going.
Try using Pela instead E4 Pela gains Ice res and this stacks alongside RMs Att type res

Depends what you mean by same investment because other chars don't get their best results at 7/7/7 skills. You can't really say same investments when YQs Crit rate requirements is so low. You don't expect ratio to work at 30:230 so it's not even the same investment.
It mostly depends on the team building and whonare you fighting him with. If the enemy is ice weak then yeah he won't have problem clearing it but remove that and he'll start falling off. (Though the rng talent sucks its moreso treated as bonus damage if it procs lul)
