Parsley, onion, parsnip, carrot, celery leaf, chive, leek, hot pepper, oregano, black and white pepper mixed up with coarse sea salt, put everything in a kitchen pepper mill for use. That's pretty much what we call the Mediterranean spice mixture here where I live in Mediterranean

I had some Mediterranean spice blend chicken that came from Walmart. It was raw chicken that it had been seasoned. Oh my gosh it was the best chicken I've ever had in my life! I am really looking forward to trying your spice blend! Thank you

This is almost like Italian seasoning, missing are garlic powder and rosemary. Yours is a bit lighter for salads etc. Nice to have both. thanks🤍☮ PS you look well rested and more peppy👍🏻
