You get to pick what unit and department you want to go into once you pass your Nclex? Also do they help you get a job or put you in the department you want as soon as you graduate?
Hey ! You choose what unit you would like to work at . Depending on the unit you choose, you interview for that unit . My school did help us with getting a job as soon as we graduate . They helped us with getting our resume together , mock interviews , and letting us know when certain hospitals opened up their Nursing Residency applications . I hope I answered your questions 😌
